Description of Work: Inspector CHRIS did our home inspection prior to purchase of our property. He was VERY thorough, making sure to explain everything to us in terms we understood and answering all questions. He provided a detailed inspection report for our records and made recommendations on what we may fix on our own vs. what we best be done by certified contractors. We have called him multiple times afterwards to ask additional questions, and he has always been responsive and helpful.

Well thanks for the review. Sorry you feel you have to give me a bad review because I mentioned all the defects to this home you were interested in purchasing and appeared to really wanted this house. I am sorry the house you decided on had so many major defects from buckled roof sheathing to stair step and horizontal cracks in the foundation and the electric was out dated and not to code to standards. Good luck with your house hunting and good luck with your next inspector you hire.
