+ -1 moreI first called them and they talked me through several possible solutions before I took the printer into their office. Whwn I brought it in, they remembered the phone conversation. "Oh, you're the lady with the Lexmark printer problem." They told me I could wait while they checked it out, which surprised and pleased me. I am confident that they examined every possible solution before determining that I would need to replace the printer. The exam of the printer took maybe 35 minutes. They did not charge me for their services.
Description of Work: They cleaned and throughly checked my printer in an attempt to repair it, but determined it was not possible; I needed to buy a new one.

+ 1 moreThey walked me through the process of what would happen with my data and new laptop from beginning to end. I feel assured that they are able to service the systems they sell. Service was very prompt and courteous as well. Everything was delivered as promised.
Description of Work: Free estimate was given on an existing laptop. Laptop was found to be not worth repair. They backed up all my data files and provided a free estimate for a new laptop system. All of my data was transferred to the new system. Additional training on the new laptop was provided free of charge along with a three year warranty.
