The project went great. Cody was very organized and detailed about what would be required and what days and times he would be at our house. He was able to match up new drywall to existing drywall perfectly. He did a fantastic job. We will definitely hire him again.

Cody called me back in a reasonable amount of time. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. This is an important feature as Cody was the 3rd company I called to fix my issues. He is very reliable. One guy said he would be here on Saturday to give me an estimate. I even called him on Friday to remind him, and reconfirm our appointment. Come Saturday no show, and no call. Our time is important too. So I was really impressed on how punctual Cody was. He did everything he said he was going to do. My hardwood floor looks great. My toilet has a sturdy feel, and works well. He did everything in just one day. Most importantly my sub flooring is now fixed with new wood, no more water damage. Cody also clean up after his work was done. I would hire him again in a New York minute.

He was responsive, talked about project, emailed me when he was going to do the work and never showed up.

As usual Cody did the right things the right way, including an unplanned for modification of the pergola. He knows how to get things done and has the experience to ensure the project is a success. He has been working on my house for three years.

It went great! Cody was able to schedule the work within 3 weeks of contacting him. He kept me posted on his other jobs and we agreed on a start date. The job took exactly what he estimated, 3-4 days (it took 4). Cody did a good job communicating with me throughout and talked through a couple options for the door threshold and quarter-rounds/toe molds around the woodwork. He was punctual and worked full days each days, including wrapping up on a Saturday. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful of the house - laid down plastic wrap from the front door to the basement so he wouldn't track in dirt and debris. He cleaned up really well - you couldn't tell he was even there. I've had tile work done before and inevitably there is more of a mess left behind than not. Not with Cody! He cleaned up everything and swept up behind himself in the garage where he cut the tile (which generates a lot of dust) before leaving. The quality of the work was excellent! No complaints here. I heartily recommend him for any tile work. You could tell he cares and takes pride in his work. He provided a very detailed invoice of supplies/equipment/labor, so you know exactly what made up his work. Happy to recommend him.

Cody did an excellent job replacing the ceiling fan very quickly. He also let me know I might be able to file a warranty claim with Hunter.

He worked very fast. When he got done with my list he told me that I still had some time left and asked if there was anything else I wanted him to do. I would hire him again.

Cody was awesome! He showed up on time and completed all the things on my list that needed repair. He was very efficient and even needed to go to the local home improvement store to get additional materials to complete one of the tasks. I would definitely hire him again.

Responded to initial request very quickly and provided a detailed estimate. He scheduled my service quickly and performed the work in the estimated time and at the quoted cost. The work was professional and he provided other advice on some of my additional plumbing questions. I will hire Hunny-Do Services again.

Very efficient. Had extra parts for unexpected issues. Professional service and disposed of old toilet. Pricing was fair. Very friendly as well. Would definitely use again.

Overall great...I had a few main projects that never got finished because other projects were added. Partly my fault but wish I was more clear on direction. Never received receipts on purchased things for projects.

Fantastic! Great guy. Personable, respectful, efficient, professional, how many more good adjectives can I use. Arrived on time 8:30 am, reviewed project, went to the hardware store and got all the parts and more just in case. He does not charge for parts not used, he returns them to the store. He was finished by 11:15. He also replaced the works on the kitchen faucet and a piece or molding on the kitchen floor. Took away all the debris. Most of the cost was in the sump pump itself.

Since it was a small (1 hour or less) job, Cody was able to squeeze me in after another of his projects. Per usual, he was quick and efficient.

Cody arrived on time. We immediately walked through the work requested and prioritized each job. Cody was professional and courteous, managing his time well to complete all the work requested. When the new faucet install resulted in a small leak, Cody was quick to return to correct the issue. He was also very helpful in troubleshooting a hypersensitive lamp post sensor. Everything looks great!

Cory was awesome. From the very beginning he answered my initial request, when he said he would, until the final installation, he has been a true professional. Very fair and easy to work with. I would absolutely hire him again for work at our home. Unlike many in this field, Cory always responds in a timely manner and did very nice work!

Cody arrived a early and did some electrical troubleshooting, and had my two electrical outlet issues repaired and operating within one hour. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!!

This provider is very busy (good ratings will do that), but once I got scheduled, he was on time and performed the duties in approximately the length of time he predicted. Since my home is 70 years old, not only did I have to special-order an entry door, but Cody also had quite a time making the new door fit. There was some tricky trim work (fireplace mantle rested on the door trim), but he managed to replace it. With some improvisation, he was also able to re-attach my old wrought iron storm door, which I wanted to keep. My mail chute was a terrible air leak, so he filled the space, plastered over the hole, and installed a mailbox on the outside wall. He also replaced my old bedroom ceiling fan with a new one. The bulk of his time was spent on the door, so people with older homes should keep that in mind -- many older homes were custom-built, so standard sizes don't fit, and it's good to have someone who can work around the problems.
