Description of Work: Paid $500 to have him do work for a day. What an amazing guy! Got so much little stuff done, and got it done quickly so that we were able to have him get through the list of things we needed done. Little things like doors that stuck, windows that needed to be restrung, etc. Definately worth the money. Will use him again for sure.

Description of Work: Cody did a great job on several jobs around my home. He sealed my chimney, replaced light fixtures, replaced tiles and backer board in a shower, and patched up a retaining wall. He was prompt and professional and did a great job. I would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Cody did an awesome job on installing my storm door. He showed me all the points of interest and explained some issues that may arise until the door settles in. Very happy.

Description of Work: We were thrilled with Cody's work. This man does not mess around. He was fast, neat and his work was impeccable. We had a long list of to dos and Cody asked if he could arrange the order in which they were done - we agreed, and Wow! He organized so that patchwork could be drying while he did something else and so that outside work could be done last so as not to track in the house. We are already planning our Spring 'to dos' so that we can get on Cody's Spring list. A sampling of what he did includes: patching a large cut out in our drywall, weatherizing all external doors, fixing a chronically leaky faucet, remounting a t.v., replacing a torn screen in the sliding screen door, patching wood siding on an outdoor shed ... and quite a few other things. We're now thinking that 'we' can put up a stand-alone studio and hire Cody to do the job! |While I hesitate to be so glowing for fear of his being too busy for us to hire, it's only fair to be honest. Cody Lawton at Hunny-Do Services is fabulous!

Description of Work: Installed grab bars, installed a recessed medicine cabinet, hung a cabinet, put in piece of molding, and plastered and sanded holes and left no mess. Wonderful job and couldn't be more pleased. Would use over and over again. Does not waste time.

Description of Work: Cut small tree down, cleaned gutters, fixed loose boards on fence and shed, minor repairs to chimney. Very professional, nice work in all cases. Will use again.

Description of Work: Cody did an amazing job! He took care of a very custom install of a counter top in a basement laundry room. Not only was the work done to our very high standards, but his cost was incredibly reasonable! And it was done well within the timetable we'd discussed. We will DEFINITELY be calling him for several more projects here at home. (We already had him assess another project before he left after the last one! Well done, Hunny Do!!
