I have had a great experience with him. He was very good and very reasonably priced.

Response time after first call took several weeks, had to call second time. Work was done very well after he started. Was on time, explained everything and cleaned up well. Would call him again.

The service was excellent! Cody does a wonderful job and we have used him on numerous occasions to fix odd and end things around the house as well as install electrical outlets. He is always prompt and professional and does the job accurately and quickly. He explains in detail what he plans to do beforehand and price estimates. Cody does excellent work but most of all is honest. On several occasions we have called him on simple things and he has given us guidance over the phone rather than coming out saying he would hate to charge us just to run out if we could fix it. Additionally, there have been times where he had to purchase material, but it was only sold in larger amounts. If he didn't use it all for repairs on our house, he discounted what he would charge us for the material. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hunny Do Services. I just randomly found his company on Angies list and couldn't be more pleased. It isn't often that you find someone who does excellent work, is professional and most of all trustworthy in pricing and doing the right thing. We will continue to use Cody for many future repairs!!

, Cody showed up on time and did a remarkable job on the repairs. His charge was very reasonable. Given the amount of time and materials used I fully expected the cost to be more. I would recommend his services to anyone I know.

From my initial conversation with Cody, I was comfortable with him handling the task at hand. I am also confident that I will be using his services in the future, as Cody's skills/trade are diverse. Cody also was very professional and called for scheduling when he said would and showed up on time.

He is very responsive when you call him. He communicates very well when it comes to doing a project and any problems that may come up. He is very knowledgeable about a lot of things. He is very proactive on what is up and coming.

It was a pleasure having Cody here! He is friendly, answers questions which is so important to me he is also very professional he knows whaat is needed and does it,he don't stop and he is so tall it doesn't take him long to walk from here to there. Cody is also very cost conscience but does'nt sacrifice quality. I have more projects for Cody in the future and discussed methods to determine which would be more cost effective. I have a lot more work for Cody weather permitting. My shed looks great!!!!!!!!!!! I love it fact is it looks brand new, joints are up against each other no gaps no holes yipeeeee.

I called Cody on a friday, he came over on the following tuesday and put the thermostat in. He stayed to set up the program for each day and told me to call if I had any problems. Needless to say, the furnace still didn't work right a week later. I gave Cody a call and he came over the next day and took a look at my furnace and the thermostat. He is not allowed to work on furnaces, but did tell me it must be the furnace that is the problem. He didn't charge me anything for coming over to re-check the thermostat and furnace. He always takes his time and makes sure he is getting to the root of the problem. He is very good at returning calls, and is prompt when he has an appointment. His work is excellent and he always cleans up after himself. Can't say enough good about his work. We have and always will call Cody when we need any kind of repair work.

Work is always done professionally. He is punctual; I can give him a key, and he comes in and takes care of everything on the list. He always asks if I have any questions and also what my expectation of any job or it's appearance is so that he can meet it.

We had some cracking and pulling away of the trim around one of the sidelight windows and thought that the repair would be fairly minor. After meeting with Cody the first time, he convinced us that replacing both sidelights would be the best way to go because of the design of the windows and the evidence of damage beginning to show on the second window. We were hesitant about the project but are glad we had it done. Cody completed the work in a very professional manner and we are happy with the results! His final bill came in $50 below his original estimate since the installation did not take as long as anticipated.

All the gutter cleaning companies don't seem to understand the situation or are rigid in their pricing and want to charge a standard rate as if all the gutters on the house need to be cleaned. Cody, the owner of this one-man shop, immediately understood the needed 15 minutes of work, and did the small job at day's end on the way home from a larger job he completed for another customer. Because he didn't have to make a special trip, he was able to quote and charge me just the minimum. He was very professional, showed up when he said he would, called ahead to make sure his timing was okay with me and got the work done in about 15 minutes without incident. The roof looks great and he took the debris with him for disposal. I would definitely hire him for any work he feels comfortable doing. I know I would get professionalism and flexibility in scheduling, pricing and approach.

It was late Friday afternoon and I was getting now where with my clogged toilet. I didn't know anyone to call. I was afraid I'd have a hard time getting someone to come out & fix it on the weekend. I read about Hunny-Do Service on Angie's List, so I called and spoke to Cody. I got lucky. He told me he would come out later that evening. He told me what it would cost if he needed to lift the toilet and change out parts. I was so grateful that he was willing to come out and help me on such short notice and on a Friday night as well. As I said earlier, he was able to get it unclogged after some effort without removing the toilet and extra work. I was thrilled to pay him $75, because he really came to my rescue when I needed it. I showed him some other things around my house that needed attention. This includes possibly getting a new toilet or fixing the inside parts (which ever is best); re-doing some plumbing and re-routing some leaking pipes on a whole-house water filter to make it more efficient and attractive. He is going to do some drywall patching to repair the part that is involved. He also does gutter cleaning and repair. I definitely plan to have him back on future projects. He was nice, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I feel fortunate to have found someone I trust to work on my house maintenance. He is in demand and it may take some time to schedule with him, but I feel it is worth it.

contacted this company and got a very quick response. We discussed to work that I needed and he told me he would call me that following Sunday evening to schedule a time for an estimate. I have heard nothing from him since that initial conversation. If a contractor is not interested in preforming the requested work they should say that.

I have used Cody before on another house I owned so was familiar with his work & ethics. I contacted Cody and he met me to go over everything I needed done. He did everything that I requested and as I came across jobs I needed help with, he was flexible to do more work. He is very knowledgeable about almost anything to do with houses. He will be coming back soon to do some electrical work also. I have complete faith in his work and his fairness on pricing.

Really good experience. There was good communication, Cody showed up when he said he would, did the work really well and for a reasonable price. He will be doing some more work for me soon -- taking care of some dry rot on the outside wood siding. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a handyman.

Cody said that he wasn't sure what was causing the water issues but felt strongly that it was not a caulking issue. He suggested that I call someone that is a "window expert" to come out & look at the windows. He said that he could recaulk all the windows but it wouldn't correct the problem. I found this to be very refreshing. He was honest about the situation. Didn't do a bunch of work that would have cost me quite a bit of money. He showed me where I need to touch up a few places & told me what kind of caulk to purchase to complete this. I will use Cody in the future for any work that I am not able to do. He gained my trust & confidence in him personally. I feel that when I do use him, his work will be done properly & to my satisfaction.

I was never contacted by the service after requesting a meeting for an estimate. I find that somewhat unprofessional.

Cody came over to give me an estimate for some work. When I mentioned the most important thing was not the flooring but having two curtain rods installed he removed the old ones and installed the new ones immediately. He explained why the old ones kept pulling out. He actually used a level to hang the rods. He also drilled holes in a wardrobe and inserted the hardware and a shelf I had to use. I can guarantee when I want the flooring installed I'll be calling Cody at Hunny-Do.

Cody did a terrific job in a little under 2 hours. I had secured the materials before hand and had forwarded pics of the area to be covered via my cell phone, so he could scope the job and figure out how to do it. I wasn't in a rush so was able to sked the job for a time when he knew he was going to be up our way in Lebanon. I honestly didn't expect it to look as good as it turned out because of the location he had to work with - he did a professional, neat job of it and it looks great. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for handyman services.

Cody (owner) replaced water pipes in the basement and kitchen and had to go thru siding to get to them. Once they were repaired, he replaced the siding and you couldn't tell he ever removed anything as the job was seamless. I decided to go ahead and remodel the kitchen (my kitchen was very outdated), including flooring, cabinets, and painting. Corey did the work in a timely and professional manner and I am very happy with the results. He also filled concrete cracks around my home and patched the front sidewalk. Cody also carted away the old cabinets and sink that were in my driveway and made sure everything was cleaned up in that area. I can't say enough good things about him and his work. He patiently answered all my many questions and was knowledgable, friendly and professional. I would recommend Cody and Hunny-do services without reservation.
