The rail fence in our backyard was literally falling apart so I contacted Cody (who has been our "go-to guy" since 2016). Cody came out and replaced the 6 posts and 2 rails that were bad. As always, he was punctual, friendly, professional AND affordable. He spent the entire day here and now the fence, once again, looks perfect!! If you want/need something (anything!!) done in your home or yard, Hunny-Do Services, Cody Lawton, is the guy you should call.

I have been using Hunny-Do Services, LLC since 2016, I have had Cody install lights, mirrors, fans, dimmer switches, curtain rod and reconfigured shelving in MB closet to accommodate more room. Cody has a nice clean van to carry his tools in. He is a pleasant person to speak to and extremely efficient in his work ethics. His prices are standard but the quality of work is exceptional, he is extremely talented and a true professional. Work just completed: adjust shower door, replaced grout around shower floor, installed a broom rack, repaired several nail pops in the house. hung a stain glass window, did some spot painting, mudded cuts in a garage wall, framed a Generac generator box below the fuse box.

Extremely well. On his initial visit, Cody Lawton determined that the bottom landing was made of concrete and would be difficult to remove. Instead, on his second visit, Cody significantly extended the landing with wood providing a large enough area for the chairlift to rest. It was then necessary to contact a carpet repair person to cover this renovated landing with extra carpet that I had.

Cody was, as usual great. He began the painting on Monday and was finished and cleaned up by late Tuesday afternoon. He prepped the walls, filled in nail holes and repaired minor cracks. Paint job is excellent. Cody has done several other jobs over the past few years including flooring, kitchen countertops, plumbing and deck repair. We consider him an honest, trustworthy , no BS go to guy.

Cody has been on speed dial for us for several years. We really depend on his incredible know how and professionalism. His past two visits involved painting, installing ceiling fans, a light fixture, and mapping out the circuit breaker box. (Unmarked and a mystery to us.) Teriffic as always.

CODY is a gem!! Cody was very responsive to my request, followed up appropriately and showed up on time. He did the work that had been requested and a few other tasks that I hadn't planned on!! Additionally, he gave me detailed instructions on how to do some of my simpler tasks by myself. When everything was done, my bill was actually LESS than what we had discussed. I felt so comfortable with Cody and his abilities that I will be using him for a kitchen mini-remodel this summer. This is Hunny-Do, Hunny-Done and Hunny-Happy.!! :)

Cody did a great job and had the room remodeled in only two days. One of the great things about working with Cody is that he comes prepared to the site and ready to work.

Great experience with Cody. We needed to repair tile in our shower/bath combo and took the opportunity to make some structural and stylistic improvements along the way including some plumbing/fixture replacement. He was up front and honest from the first conversation about the project including logical and fair feedback about the scope, timelines, and pricing. We discussed areas of the project that were opportunities for cost savings and he helped us make decisions that left us confident each step of the way. His experience provided good insight into best practices and style choices. This included added two shower inserts that improved the look and functionality of the shower for only couple hundred more dollars. The project began with demo on a Monday and wrapped up on Saturday, only deviated from the projected schedule by a few hours. Cody was pleasant, and patient with our protective dog who barked at him daily reminding him who's house it was, haha. Very pleased with the work and believe the pricing was fair.

After exchanging communications over the course of a few weeks and having been promised a service date a couple times, he dropped off the face of the earth and ignored communications. I know that things happen but this is a very unprofessional way to handle things and it appears from prior reviews that this is a pattern.

Excellent. Cody did a fantastic job on my house. He takes the time to learn about the products he is using - the best conditions for application and application methods. He is responsive and lets you know his schedule and provides input on the project along the way. I was always well informed. I am very happy I found such a dependable person!

Cody is an amazing handyman, very knowledgeable about all types of work. He is trustworthy, hard-working, and willing to take time to discuss various approaches to the work in terms of your budget. He has built a finished, insulated wall in our basement, fixed multiple broken closet doors, cleaned and repaired all our gutters and downspouts, and completed various other repairs. We definitely want to continue to work with him.

Cody is an excellent person to have work done on your home. He is flexible in timing to help accommodate your project. He was knowledgeable and honest to set expectations and give appropriate feedback to the outcome of the project. I hope to have Cody come back for more projects in the future.

Cody performed work on two different occasions. The first job included hanging a large wall clock and two pictures , repairing wall damage due to a light fixture replacement (previously performed by an electrician), and assembling a bed frame. This job all day and the work was excellent. Cody took great care to ensure all jobs were done to perfections. Based on this positive experience, I contacted Cody to replace two hardwired smoke detectors when the previous detectors were malfunctioning. Once again, he did an outstanding job. I would hire Cody for future home repair issues and highly recommend to others!

Cody is a master at trouble shooting to save the customer money. Professional, incredible work, have hired his several times and am always impressed.

My sister had used this service before and raved about it, my experience, unfortunately, was not the same. I contacted Cody at the end of August 2018 with a request that work be completed by end of September. He originally responded right away to let me know he had received the request. 2 weeks later, I emailed him asking for an update. He explained he was heavily booked, but still anticipated being able to do my projects. 11 days later, on 9/24/18, Cody emailed me, stating he didn't think he'd be able to complete it by the end of September, He asked what alternatives we could consider time-wise. I responded that very same day, telling him the only day I knew of at that time that I would be unavailable. It is now NOVEMBER 10TH and I've had nothing but radio-silence from him. To hedge my bets, I contacted another individual around the first of October who was able to give me a confirmed date, albeit 6 weeks out. HE came out yesterday as promised, finished the job in record time. I have since let Cody know to take me off the wait list. I understand someone being busy, but the lack of follow through is disturbing. I cannot recommend.

Cody was great. He showed up on time and worked through the day. He changed a light fixture on a 20 foot ceiling, a ceiling fan on a 16 foot vaulted ceiling, patched a ceiling drywall hole, and installed pendant lighting all in one day. He was friendly, professional, and worked hard.

Sent request 8/14/18. As of 9/1 I have been contacted by the provider.

Cody is fantastic. We've had him out for multiple days, and everything he worked on turned out great. He's very knowledgeable and works hard. Would recommend him to anyone.

Cody was able to fit the work in even though he was very busy. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly.

Hunny-Do Services was flexible with scheduling, friendly, and they were able to do all of the small jobs on my worklist. I was satisfied with the work done and I would hire him again. It was a half a day of work and everything went smooth.

Cody installed the saferacks I ordered. He offered me several options to maximize the storage space while provide enough space for larger vehicles in the garage. It turned out to be great! I recommend him without any reservation.

The faucets were impossible for me to get off, so I called Cody. He was able to get them off and replaced, plus he had to deal with a leak, turn off our water, and replace one of the two main valves from the house to the street water pipe. I had already spent 2 days with no success - he took about 5 hours, went and got replacement parts, and did a great job. He did a great job explaining what he did and why. I would recommend him and will hire him again, I'm sure (our house was build in 1908).

Outstandingly well! All the jobs were completed in a little over an hour. The cost was reasonable. I am thrilled to find a handy man service. Cory is very affable and competent. He is coming back next week to power wash sections of my house and patio and to clean my gutters. I would highly recommend his services.
