Cody was great. Very punctual and knowledgable. I woudn't hesitate to use him again. The job took 2 days. The dishwasher had extra sound proofing that took him time to install and he didn't charge us for it. The double wall oven required running larger romex to and upgrading the circuit breaker, which he did with no problem. The appliances look and work great!

I got him from Angie's List. People who are looking to use him would get a very honest appraisal and very thorough work. He is very responsive. We had a leak and he came out on a Saturday to look at it and came again on Tuesday to fix it. He's been a delight to work with and I trust him totally. I plan to use him in the future.

Hunny-Do Services (Cody Lawton) did a lot of jobs at my rental property over the course of several months. Initially, I was going to re-rent the property but due to travel commitments, I later decided to sell the property. Cody was ALWAYS available to deal with issues in a timely manner and my house sold without further issues at inspection. This is all down to Cody's talent, his attention to detail and his work ethic. Cody is so multi-talented and I don't think there is anything that he cannot fix. I will never use a different handyman and do not hesitate to recommend Hunny-Do Services to you.

Cody is a very knowledgeable, professional and thorough worker. It is always a pleasure to deal with him. He very handily removed the overhead microwave and figured out how to best run the exhaust tubing to the outside wall. He made all the necessary cuts in the wall and cabinet and installed the unit to our complete satisfaction. Cody is great at making good suggestions for dealing with any problems that come up. He saw to all the necessary details to make sure the outside of the house also looks good. Additionally, Cody went the extra mile to find 2 pieces of siding that perfectly match what's on the outside of the house. The other 2 jobs were relatively small but Cody does the small jobs as thoroughly as the large jobs. He is also great about cleaning up, and ,unlike many workmen, is great about showing up exactly when he says he will.

Cody worked very hard to ensure that I would be completely satisfied with the work, from the initial planning to the completion of work. He kept in touch regularly and responded quickly to all my questions. He was flexible and fully dedicated to doing the job right, as if it was his own home. And in the end, the cost of his work was completely reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality work at a very good price.

As a new home owner in a new area of town, we have leveraged the AL deals to try new service providers in hopes of finding our "go-to" provider moving forward. I can say I've never been more thrilled with a deal than I am right now. Cody at Hunny-Do was top notch from first contact with his timely communication. He worked with me and our schedule and arrived right on time, ready to tackle the work. His professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, and cleanliness were beyond my expectations. Our search is over! We can't imagine using anyone but Cody moving forward.

I am very happy with the service provided by Hunny-Do. I spoke to Cody about the job and had an estimate overnight. Within 5 days, he was able to perform the first half of the job. The first day, he took multiple measurements, made one trip to the hardware store to get the required supplies, then cut into the wall to add the plumbing. He ensured the sink we had purchased had all necessary parts and made sure everything was tight so there would not be any leaks. During the process, he consulted with me about a few "gotchas" and made sure to fully explain the problem and his suggest solutions. I felt that he always had my best interest at heart to make sure we had the best quality. The second day, Cody needed to finish the drywall repair and test the plumbing. Everything worked out great and I'm very pleased with the quick, high quality work from Cody. I would definitely hire Cody again in the future.

They were ridiculous on response. I had to contact them 3x for them to respond. Then he says that his recording machine wasn't working so he didn't get my messages. Then he said he couldn't do the job because he was busy and I'd have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I ended up going with someone else. He was flat out rude.

Cody was professional and extremely knowledgeable with the work he did for me. He helped me to know how to better care for our deck, taught me about bathroom accessories and much more. I felt confident in his work performance. He was patient with my dogs, (they liked him). It's been a long time since I have trusted someone to do work in our house. I purchased an Angie big deal for 2 hours of handyman services. Cody (of Hunny do List) worked on my project. He was very professional and suggested a number of ways we could get the problem fixed. Cody communicated via email and phone. He emailed me the day after I bought the deal. We set up a day and time that he could do the work. He was running about 15 minutes late for our appointment, and called me to let me know. Cody's work was exceptional, and VERY knowledgeable. He installed a new post and mailbox. He took all of the waste (mailbox & post) with him. We also talked about future projects, and he told me the many options I had. I would HIGHLY recommend "Hunny do List".

Cody has done several jobs for me this spring and summer. Ranging from 1/2 days work to a week, he has performed very well and is very versatile. I asked him to do jobs that he had never tried before (installing a tin ceiling) and he did the research and accomplished the job. Very professionally done! I would highly recommend Cody.

Everything went extremely well. The outside of my house looks terrific! My kitchen sink no longer leaks. I cannot believe how quickly he replaced the old metal pipes with new pvc piping. I am no longer scared to walk up or down my front steps. They will need to be replaced in the future and he explained what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I will definitely ask him to do that work. Everything was completed in less than 4 hours with the help of his son who is home from college. The best part is I felt comfortable with these guys working on my house. Usually I am very anxious when someone comes to do work or repairs. I did not feel that way with these two. He was also very patient with my dog who does not like anyone new coming in. Even though I took her outside to meet them and she was fine with them outside, once Cody entered the house she barked continually. I felt so bad, but he took it in stride. All in all, it was a successful day and I learned a lot. Cody explained everything he did and why he did it that way. The costs were very fair. He will be my first choice in the future when I need work done around this old house.

Cody performed the work in an exceptional manner. He arrived when he stated he would be on site. Cleaned up each day. Scoped and purchased items to meet our needs and did an excellent job (with good taste). Utilized cheaper labor on some of the smaller aspects of the job to hold down costs. Workmanship was excellent. Job finished on schedule. Job came in at mid-point of his estimates. The before and after pictures show an amazing contrast and clearly reflect his capabilities and workmanship. As much as anything though, he communicated with us throughout the process and kept us informed. Highly recommend Cody and his services.

It was a 1/2 day of work. Everything went very well. Everything was cleaned up after each job, and care was taken to not get any debris into the greenhouse fish pond. All debris was swept up in the basement. Cody is always ready to provide/explain options for various ways to do any task.

The job went very well. Cody was very thorough. He made suggestions and did the necessary steps to insure that the shutters would last and look nice. He added shim material and made other suggestions which he implemented along the way as part of the job and at essentially no added cost. Worked all day and hardly took a break. I hired Hunny-Do Services to do some jobs at my rental property in mason. Initially, Cody Lawton and I communicated via email and I sent pictures of some of the tasks needed! Cody communicated very well and helped me pick appropriate accessories. As I'd requested, Cody agreed to be at the property the first week in June (after my vacation) and came with his son Zach who also helped out. Cody came again later in June after a new kitchen floor had been installed by Lowes. Cody was on time, professional and did wonderful work. Cody worked on many tasks, including: Fix rotting frame on front door Install new shower door Install new utility sink Install new light, faucet, shelf and towel rail holder in downstairs bathroom Replace screens that could not be fixed and repair others Caulk window sills I cannot say enough good things about Cody. Bought a big deal, but the service provider is unable to do the job in the time frame needed due to being booked up. The owner was very professional and let me know he was booked up until the end of June.
