As usual, Cody was professional, conscientious and did excellent work. He is very knowledgeable and always tried to keep costs at a minimum for my elderly mother. He thoroughly explained problems and possible solutions.

Cody was extremely efficient about scheduling in advance and following up the very next day. He did everything he said he would regarding setting up the appointment. He was able to come out a couple of hours early, put the fireplace together in a timely manner and hung the indoor shutters. Everything was perfect. He even walked around my house so I could show him other upcoming projects and gave me estimates on each, and was very upfront and honest when he felt it was too big of a job for his company to handle (something a contractor should deal with). I wouldn't hesitate to call Cody again.

Cody was great! I would highly recommend him to others. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He can do anything you need him to do. He works quickly, cleans up after himself and his rates are very fair. We have 20+ windows in our house, 11 would not stay open. Cody was able to fix them which required removing the entire window. He then cleaned them and replaced all the screens. They are 20 years old and need to be replaced soon. Cody gave me great advice on how to keep them working and in good shape for several more years. I plan to use Cody again in the future. I would highly suggest hiring him for the entire day and having a list of things you need him to do. It proves to be most cost effective. Thank you Cody for your great work!

some furniturehandy man from hunnido services arrived on time, he was professional and friendly.,. placed socket and light plates in 2 rooms and hall., assembled a new desk chair and helped move some pieces of furniture,,. carefully measured a wall for a heavy mirror. hung mirror,hung one more mirror. gave some decorating ideas. very pleasant and i would use him again.

The faucet was rusted so it took a LOT to remove but Cody worked hard and got it off without damaging the sink!!

It went fine except the mold in the bathroom is starting to return. I have not called him back yet.

Cody was great. After squeezing us in to meet our deadline, Cody did a great job taking on our project even with a couple of curve balls including a corroded current faucet and broken water valve.

I've been using Cody's services for quite a while. He has been to my home at least a half dozen times to help me with the odd jobs needed to keep a home in good repair. He is knowledgeable and always professional. He gives quality service. I am truly happy with his work and will continue to ask for his help. If I have a large remodeling project at some time in the future, I will use his services.

Cody did it all. He had great suggestions up front for design to save money and trouble, and as we went along through the project he communicated very well to let me understand options that could either save cost, improve functionality or quality, or both. One such suggestion was to go with a smaller door to the toiler room to enable a larger shower space. Cody is very customer satisfaction oriented and I believe in his sense of fairness, responsibility, and ethics. There was an issue that came up with the grout that had a discoloration. This caused a long delay while we researched options. Cody could have walked away but did not. He stayed with the job until he could find a solution that worked very well to correct the problem, and in doing so he made several trips and spent hours of work on his own time to make it right. Cody has a broad set of skills and knowledge..

I contacted Cody to discuss various projects. We prioritized during discussion & he quoted price. Several items were pressing and he called 3 days later to stop by to take care of those. He is very thorough and quick. In one hour he had stabilized my mailbox by shimming & tightening bolts, repaired broken stake on low voltage ext light, and swapped out a rotted birdhouse with a new one on the post. I will definitely have him back to complete some other projects.

This is the second time I have hired Cody to complete a couple of projects. I would never call anyone else. His communication with his customers and his ability to complete the jobs in a timely manner are the reasons I will always contact him first.

I contacted Cody from Hunny-Do Services LLC and he was very responsive to my request for service. He e-mailed me with a time-frame for performing the gutter cleaning and was able to complete the work earlier than I expected. On the day of service, he sent another e-mail telling me when he would arrive at my house. He took a picture to show me how the gutters looked and another picture after the cleaning. Since I could not climb on the roof to see for myself, I was glad to see the pictures. After completing the work, he took the time to discuss other home projects I want completed in the future. I was very satisfied with the work and will certainly be contacting Hunny-Do Services LLC in the future.

This is the second time I have used Cody. The first time was for some electrical work. In both instances, Cody was able to come out very quickly. This time we really appreciated his quick response as my son-in-law had broken his ankle after having begun the work on the door installation. I love being able to work directly with the provider.

The whole project went very smoothly. After we selected what fans we wanted, Cody told us exactly what else we needed to purchase (i.e. the kind of wall switch) so there was no guessing on our part. He was very patient and explained everything he was going to do (and did). The job took less time than Cody anticipated so was a little less expensive, too. Cody did a great job with the installation, cleaned everything up when he was finished, and was very patient when explaining things to me. It was a very pleasant experience working with Cody.

Mr. Lawton is knowledgeable, honest, professional and thorough. He explains the source of problems and provides solutions that are cost effective. We have utilized his services to repair drywall, fix electrical problems, install handrails for my disabled mother, replace a broken ceiling fan, clean and stain my deck and other odd jobs. He is always considerate about finding affordable solutions and in helping prioritize tasks. His prices are fair. We highly recommend him.

It was a better option that other providers that I had talked to. He came out and looked at it. He gave me a rough estimate and told me exactly what I needed. He kept me informed, He was honest.

When I first e-mailed him he called me back that same day to discuss what I needed. He gave me an estimate and said he was booking out 3 to 4 weeks. I said that was fine and to let me know when he could do the job. True to his word he contacted me about 2 1/2 weeks later and said he had openings the next week so we agreed upon a day and time. He called me the morning of the appointment about an hour before he was due and told me he had a truck issue and would be about an hour late. He arrived right at the new time we agreed. He started on the pet door. He cut through the wallboard then had to move an electric line that ran through the center of the opening. When he had that moved and the interior all prepared he then cut the outside opening and installed the door. It was a cold day and he kept the open time to a minimum as he installed the door. He then cleaned up all the debris and showed me how the door operated. He did a very professional job and it looks great. He then replaced the wax ring in the upstairs bath. Again a professional job. When he was finished you would never have known he had been here other than a well installed pet door.

They were too busy to do the service for me at the time I had them out. I have used the company about 3-4 times in the past for flooring, plaster, electrical and painting. I think they are a reasonable company to work with. I typically work with the owner. I have had no problems with scheduling and they have become more responsive.

He immediately let me know that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before he could come out to do the work.
