This is the first time I have offered a review, negative or positive, but felt compelled due to the outstanding service and overall experience. An unusual situation arose making it extremely difficult for me to schedule the required work. Cody was extremely helpful in working with me through my situation. In fact, I found Cody to be more communicative and flexible throughout the process than businesses with dedicated customer service teams! The work was performed expertly, promptly and conscientiously. (Cody had previously performed plumbing related and hoist installation work for me in the past, with the same great results. Again, this is my first review ever provided for any work.) I am amazed at some negative remarks by a few other reviewers. Ideally, there would be a rating system for the reviewers, themselves!

If your project can wait 6-8 weeks then Cody is your guy. You will receive an immediate response to your initial request so he can maintain his Angie's list top status but scheduling a date/time for the work to take place?will take weeks. I hired Cody in December for general handyman list, work was completed mid-February. I am currently waiting for a call back for a remodel project. As a self employed individual I understand scheduling issues however you need to communicate with your clients. You will be left hanging with this company.

Cody was terrific. I am creating a list of things to do around the house for his next visit to our home. He not only responded quickly, he scheduled us on a Sunday as it was a small job and he did not want us to wait too long with the cold weather approaching. He was able to complete the job in record time and offered to complete another task for us since he did not want to charge us for a full hour when he had time to spare. Wow, what customer service. A truly nice person and very skilled too, what more could you ask for?

He came on time. Looked at what needed to be done. Bought the supplies I needed and completed the job.

It went great. Cody was responsive, reliable, punctual, and capable - absolutely no negatives. We had taken out the old sliding door and frame, cleaned up the old caulking, and purchased a new door. He was right on time, got right to work, and the whole door unit was in in 2-1/2 hours with no problems. I'd give him and the whole experience an A-plus if I could. He is extremely organized as far as the scheduling and responding and the work itself. We will definitely call on him in the future.

Cody arrived on time, worked efficiently, communicated his progress often, and cleaned up after finishing. The finished projects looked great and we were satisfied with his services. I will definitely hire him for other projects around my house in the near future and would recommend him to my friends and family.

Cody did a great job. We added a couple of things after he arrived and he didn't bat an eye. He arrived, saw what needed to be done, bought the material we didn't have on hand, came back and worked non stop until the jobs were completed. We are getting set to put our home on the market and realized we had some hubby-do items that we couldn't handle. I found Cody on Angie's list and he had great reviews, which is the reason we hired him. We talked about him making a return visit if more things cone up in the inspection...which I never considered. We would definitely hire him again.

He was at our home on time and ready to go. We went over some options for the garage door opener. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and walked us through the requirements for our specific door. He then went, picked up the materials he needed and got right to work. We couldn't be happier. He spent half the day taking care of our list. He charged us a fair price for his time plus materials. We will absolutely be calling him again for our handyman needs!

Service is very busy and therefore took several weeks (around a month) from first contact to service, but was communicative during the wait and apologetic upon arrival that it took him that long to have an opening. Did nice work and was able to adapt to issues and variances from assumptions. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Arrived one day, and we decided that replacement would work better than repair. Came back a week later, replaced the doors. Overall, did good work, no complaints!

I am a regular customer of Cody's and he always does professional outstanding work. It is very hard to find someone you trust to work in your home and Cody is the only one I call for jobs like these. He is fairly priced and very informative. Thanks Cody very much.

CODY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON THE WINDOWS. SOME OF THE WINDOWS WERE 3 STORIES HIGH. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY.. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND..I AM GETTING A LIST TOGETHER FOR A FUTURE JOB..

.Cody of Hunny-Do Services LLC is professional and very efficient at what he does. I was quite surprised at the amount of work he completed in one day. And very reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Cody arrived on time. After looking at my shutters and hardware, he ran out to local hardware store to purchase the correct screws for the job. (I didn't order the correct hardware for my brick). Once he had what he needed, he got to work putting on the decorative hardware. Once they were ready, he starting placing the shutters. Got the work down quickly. No problems.

Cory was great. We had scheduled a drywall repair and the day before my wife got sick. I emailed Cory and told him we would have to reschedule and he was more than understanding and wished my wife well. The next week (or maybe two weeks) later I told him my wife was well now and asked if he could get me in. He checked his schedule and got back to me that he was able to do it. We set up a day and time. I also let him know about the faucet that was leaking and he said he'd take a look at it. The day he was scheduled to come over, he called about a half hour before to let us know he was on his way. He took care of the repairs pretty quickly and was very professional and kind. We'll definitely look him up next time we need a handy man. Thanks for the great service.

Great ! Cody's work saved our 8 year old, much neglected deck from becoming a pile of sticks. He helped us work through which repairs would be the most beneficial, last longest and fit in our budget. Cody is our go-to guy for maintainence, repairs and installations.

He did a fantastic job. This is the second time we have used him. There is not really a project he cannot do and he works quickly and very neatly. Other than my things working again, I could not tell he was even at my house!! He cleans up after himself and knows what to bring to a job. I did provide pictures to show him exactly what needed to be done. He is the best handiman we have ever had. We will be using him again!

He did a good job. He painted my garage doors and filled in seams in my concrete driveway. (started work on the 20th and finished the work on the 24th). I have already scheduled another appointment for the spring!
