It went very well. Best carpet cleaners we have ever hired. A+ on everything.

In general it was fine. Had area which were stained which they could not remove. Hade one rust spot underneath the tolet which they could not remove--will have to replace grout in several places--due to stains and rust spots.

Great! The technician, Bob, was right on time and explained the process to me. He answered my questions regarding steam vs dry cleaning and did a great job cleaning up after himself.

I am completely blown away by Howard's cleaning. I accidentally walked into my dining room with black halloween make-up on my shoe and I managed to track black ink through most of the room. I was convinced it would not come out, but I saw Howard's cleaning on Angie's list and decided to see if it was possible to save the carpet. Bill came out, and not only did he get the stains out, he made the white carpet in my dining room look like new. He even gave me tips on how to treat a stain incase something spills in the future. He then worked on my off white fabric sofa. It looks amazing like it just came from the store. Bill was personal, professional, efficient and just amazing.. I will be hiring Howard's cleaning in the fall to do the rest of my carpets in the house. FANTASTIC SERVICE, GREAT PRICE!

Bill Howard did an excellent job on the carpeting and the tile. He was professional and knowledgeable. Previously a different company had not cleaned the carpeting well at all, and I was anticipating having to replace some of it. But, Bill cleaned it thoroughly and it looks great!. I would recommend his service and hire him again.

I find them through Angie's List. They did a great job. My daughter has a play room and she had markers and paints on the carpets that I couldn't get out and they got it out. He was a nice guy.

I wasn't too impressed. First the guy told my husband he wasn't going to clean under the couches and then he changed his mind and ended up cleaning under them. But when I got home, he didn't get any of the edges. There was like 4 inches from the wall that wasn't even touched. Thats a big reason why I get my carpets clean because its hard to get the edges and corners by just vacuuming. He didn't get the carpet spaces behind the vents. He was nice to clean two of the area rugs but there were two others that he didnt touch and I don't know why. He didnt clean behind my husbands desk. It was just disappointing. I feel like the guy did a half a** job. I'll be going back to my original carpet cleaner who shampoos my carpet. I hired Howards was because I wanted to see what steam cleaning did and honestly I see no difference.

I am a new customer to Howards and carpet cleaning in general. I had my condo and my house cleaned by Bill Howard. Very professional and Polite. Condo was a preclean before renters moved in. There were paint stains in a kids room that were nearly removed I did not even mention them to BIll i figured it was a loss. The rest of the place cleaned up well. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. The house we just moved into was smoked in for 30+ years. The white carpet was heavily stained and more or less i just wanted the smell out ASAP. Bill cleaned my entire 2nd floor (4 bedrooms, hallway and steps). We discussed expectations before he started. I knew he would not be able to work miracles on such terrible carpet. He recommended Deodorizer which i accepted. I was still impressed. 30 years of smoke smell is gone !!! Great guy great service. Will use again when I am ready to clean my tile.

The owner was the one who showed up. He was able to make it sooner and called to ask first. Came right in and got right to work. Very friendly, clean, and professional. We would use them again. The tile grout was dirty but we had no idea HOW dirty it was until he cleaned it. Awesome job. Thank you

Overall, work was fine. One section of about 6"x6" was missed, however.

He was very nice. He called and came earlier. He moved the furniture. He put papers under the furniture and cleaned up some spots.

The owner is the one who did the work and he's very likeable.

He cleaned every area that we had discussed before he started. Only one small spot that he couldn't get out and he told me about it how he treated it. I don't know how long it had been there but the couch is over 15 years old.
