Personable and thorough on accomplishing the job. On time and completed in 2.5 hours. I cautioned him to not move the real heavy furniture since he did not have an assistant to help him. Job well done and will have him back in the future.

Employee was very polite, timely and careful not to dirty carpeted flooring. Brought equipment in, which is long hose attached to his truck outside. Sprayed cleaning solution on areas and then went over all flooring with equipment. Also sprayed cleaning solution in one shower floor per my request. Cleaning solution was very fresh smelling and cleaning went well. Took about an hour to do MBR and other smaller BR tile floors. Would use again.

Everything was fine except some dark spots appeared on the woodwork along one section of the floor.

Service provider was nice and professional. Was running five minutes late, but had the courtesy to call and let me know that he was stuck in traffic. Worked quickly and efficiently without creating any mess. Suggested areas that would benefit from re-grouting, but not in a salesperson sort of way. More like a suggestion from your neighbor. Overall we were satisfied. It really doesn't look that great, but that is more the result of the house being 80 years old as opposed to anything that the provider could have done. I would recommend to anyone who has a relatively updated bathroom.

Because our home dates from 1890 and the tile in the bathroom was installed in the 1930's, we didn't expect the grout between the tiles to clean up to a brilliant white, to match the tub/shower enclosure that we had had regrouted recently. However, Bob from Howard's Cleaning Service did a very fine job cleaning and lightening the color of the old grout. On the wall over the sink, the grout had remained pretty clean, due to the diligence of those who had thoroughly scrubbed that much-used area the past 75 years. Now the rest of the tile on that wall, which hadn't been cleaned as well through the decades, blends very well with that section. We wanted to keep the vintage tile in this bathroom, and are very pleased that the tile and the room are now as restored and clean as they possibly can be. One surprise bonus we received as Bob was exiting the house was his offer to steam clean our dirty carpet/mat by the front door. A nice offer on his part! As a side note, we have also hired Howard's twice to clean the carpets in our bedroom, hallway and highly used stairway, all with very good results and cheerful, professional service. We will definitely continue to use their services.

I contacted Howard's via Angie's List and they promptly returned my message. We set up a cleaning for the following week. Bill arrived on time and walked through the rooms to be cleaned. I pointed out spots that needed extra attention. Bill got to work right away and 2 hours later my carpets looked great. I will definitely use this company again!

Provider was excellent all the way around. Scheduling was quick and easy and he was right on time for the appointment. He was able to get the stains out of the carpet from a previous pet and I was very pleased. Overall a very professional and highly satisfactory experience.

This was my first time using this service. It all went well. I got a call when he was on his way and he arrived on time. He got right to work and in no time, my carpet looked like new. He was very nice and professional and I was thankful I had found a new carpet cleaner. It means more to me when the person coming is not only good at what he does but is genuinely glad to help. I was moving and we were finishing loading and I was vacuuming the rooms as the technician was cleaning the carpets. He did a great job, including extra detail in a room that had been previously soiled by our dogs (it was cleaned when it happened). The only problem was I requested that they arrive no earlier than 2:30 because the movers would be loading that day. The scheduler said that would be no problem. The day of the service, I received a call from the technician at 10:45 saying he was on his way. The movers were still there and the rooms had not all been loaded. Luckily, the technician was able to rearrange his schedule to come later - about 1:30. I was able to prepare sufficiently by then, but it added quite a bit more stress to the day.

We handled the appointment set-up via email. All correspondence from the company was punctual and timely. There was a mix-up and the gentleman showed up a day early. He promptly solved the issue, set up a new time, and arrived on time for the new appointment. The gentleman came in, looked at the areas I was wanting cleaned, and gave his assessment, which I already knew. He'd be able to deodorize and get the majority of the stains up, but not all. He got to work. When he was done, he checked to make sure I was happy with the results. The one room was perfect. The room w/ the worst stains looked great, but as he and I knew beforehand, the worst stains remained. The house smells so much better. I couldn't be happier with the work done. I asked for an estimate regarding upholstery cleaning. He was courteous and knew his business. We will definitely be calling to arrange the furniture cleaning. When it's time to clean any of our carpeting, I will definitely use Howard's Cleaning Service. They are far better and friendlier than the last company we used.

All went well. This was one of Angie's List Big Deals. He had to delay one day due to vehicle breakdown. Floor and grout looked really good.

Excellent service. We scheduled them for the $79/ 3-room cleaning offer. And, added an additional room (stairs and partial hallway area), for an additional $39. Bob did a very thorough job on all areas, including the area under the sofa (after I had moved the furniture) and helped with replacement of the sofa. Punctual, efficient and very professional service. In fact, we had used them last year for some of the same rooms, and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I purchased this deal and assumed "tile and grout cleaning" applied to showers. Neither the deal description nor the website indicate tiled shower floors are not available to be cleaned by this company. It was only after my purchase I learned the equipment this company uses is not appropriate for tiled shower floors. My second choice was to have the kitchen, foyer and bathroom tile cleaned. The time scheduled was incorrect - I had them on my calendar for 9:30 a.m. and they had me down for 1 p.m. Thankfully, I was able to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the error. I received a call around 1:15 saying the technician was on his way and would be late; he arrived around 1:30. Tile floor was cleaned with a truck mounted system. The company needed to hook up to my water supply, which was ok for me but this was not indicated in the deal description, their website or in the conversation when the service was scheduled. They use a lot of chemicals and water, some of which sprayed onto my adjacent wood floors. The technician didn't mention I may want to protect the wood floors from the water. The company uses very large hoses to accomplish this work. My floors were still wet as the technician was leaving. Dragging the large hoses across the wet floor left "trail marks" on the newly cleaned floors. I had to clean up the trail marks left after the water dried. The technician was professional and worked quickly. I would use this company again but would be better prepared next time. I suggest they clearly indicate they do not clean tile showers or suggest they buy the equipment to be able to clean tile showers. I've never used a tile cleaning service so didn't know what to expect, how much water was involved, etc. live and learn.
