Description of Work: They were a little more than some of the other cleaners listed in Angie's list, but my husband was really impressed with the job they did. They were generous on their room sizes, cleaned spots as part of the regular service and moved items. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again. One of the best carpet cleaning experiences we've had.

Description of Work: So glad I had Howard's do our floor cleaning. We are moving into an apt that has tile floors that needed a good cleaning. They look so much better. The grout was black from dirt & now looks like new. While he was here asked him about cleaning garage floor too as it was dirty & grimy. Turned out great too! Definitely would recommend this company.

Description of Work: the worker was nice, but I wish the offer had explained that they are unable to do the work above the first floor of a building. I had no idea they would be bringing in such large equipment.

Description of Work: Howard's did a great job overall. They were prompt, professional and courteous and cleaned the carpets well. The only negative was that some areas of carpet took a longer time to dry compared to other times, esp. the stairs. we used fans and even a dehumidifier. Parts of the stairs took 24 hours to dry.

Description of Work: Bought 2 dig deals to clean carpets in a large house we're getting ready to sell. Cpmpany called me right back came when scheduled and did an excellant job.

Description of Work: We purchased a big deal for $99 for four carpeted areas to be cleaned. They did a nice job. Only issue was they had to postpone two times due to sickness and van breaking down. They were very apologetic. Of course, we completely understand. That stuff happens. They cleaned the carpets thoroughly. Nuff said.

Description of Work: I ended up getting a credit on Howard's and used Teasdale Fenton instead as their pricing was better than Howard's at the time.

Description of Work: I had Howard's clean the carpets in my daughter's newly purchased home. There was no furniture, one staircase to clean. There were 4 bedrooms and the living room carpet. i used the coupon, $99 for I believe 4 rooms, I am not sure if I have that correct. I cannot determine if the fee was appropriate or not, it seemed okay, but ... The best carpet cleaner I ever had would also rake the carpet after, it was a nice touch and added just a few minutes of time. He left the business and went to law school, alas. Howard was pleasant and the carpets looked very nice.
