Description of Work: Cleaned carpets ($79 special) and 4 upholstered pieces ($130). I always use Howards Cleaning as they consistently get the older carpeting and upholstery cleaner than any other company I've used in the past. (Coit, Stanley Steemer, etc.) Everything is very clean and smells so much better than eau de dog (I had 5 dogs living here for 4 months).

Description of Work: He did a rush job, not thorough at all. Left carpets very wet and stretched out, wrinkles in carpet everywhere. Fortunately those went down some when dry. Asked to be paid in cash, which is not professional to me at all. Overall not satisfied, would never use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $159 for 300 Square Feet of Tile and Grout Floor Cleaning. It was winter when we first called and he has to hook a hose from his truck outdoors. It took a while to get an appointment. The service worked out fine and he did a nice job.

Description of Work: They cleaned several rooms of carpet and I was happy with how that turned out; although I was surprised that there were some stains left on the carpet that were not mentioned to me. I guess I wish that they would have just let me know that they tried to get the stains out (if they did) and that they were not successful. The tile and grout was cleaner than before they came; however again, there were stain left on the grout and I even had to ask the tech to go over an area behind a bathroom sink again. Probably would not use them for grout cleaning in the future.

Description of Work: I emailed the company after purchasing the deal. They were very responsive. I explained that I had more square footage than was on the deal and they said that it would be no problem. I set the date and he called prior to coming and showed up on time. The associate was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the results.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in several rooms. I've used a number of carpet cleaning services in recent years, and Howard's was clearly the best.

Description of Work: Performed tile and grout cleaning of my bathroom and kitchen floors. Very good outcome; floors look best they have in a very long time. Also provided advice on how to keep them at their best and appropriate type of cleaning agents. Had slight mix-up on appointment arrival time but was resolved.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile in kitchen and 2 bath rooms. Very pleased with end result. Only complaint is where the tile met the carpet, their cleaning solution soiled the carpet. Carpet is being replaced so not a big issue. In the future I will know to ask them to take necessary precautions.

The service professional called that morning and said he'd had a cancellation; tried to pressure us into coming early but when we said we had to work until afternoon he waited. Once that was settled he did a wonderful job; the carpet looks and smells wonderful and he was very thorough and professional.
