Howard's Cleaning Service

We purchased an Angie's LIst Big Deal for Howard's Steam Clean. The original deal was for 1 sofa cleaning but additional deals allowed for additional furniture to be cleaned. We opted to pay an extra amount to have our loveseat cleaned as well because one of our cats had sprayed on the back of it. Howard's did an exceptional and thorough job from start to finish. It was easy to schedule a time for them to come out to our home. They arrived on time, were efficient and very careful about other furnishings and carpet. They answered all my questions and the best thing was our furniture looked marvelous and smelled fresh when they were done. I would definitely hire them again. Great job, great price, great company. Absolutely no complaints.

Was Angie's List deal. Don't remember the exact price. Easy to set up appointment. Service representative prompt, friendly and did good job. Would use again.

it was fantastic. they showed up on time and were very courteous. they got stains out of dining room chairs that teasdale fenton couldn't. they offered to come back at any time in case one chair with a massive stain didn't dry evenly. they consulted on some fabric pillows that i needed to wash and cleaned them for free. they spent over 3 hours and did a marvelous job! Couldn't be happier!

Very nice man came to the house and cleaned the carpets. Gave me some great tips on carpet care.

Arrived on time, listened to my needs, performed service in a professional manner, cleaned carpet without leaving a mess of drippy hoses, etc., etc. They paid attention to detail and did a good job!

My appt was at 9:00am. The two workers arrived 46 minutes late at 9:46am. No one called to tell me that they would be late so I finally called them and they said that they were caught in traffic. A call to let me know that they were running late would have been considerate. When they arrived, they thought that they were supposed to clean my rugs, when in fact I had paid for sofa and love seat cleaning. I felt that they were rushed and confused. I am dissappointed!

Two-person team arrived in the morning and were actually a few minutes earlier than promised. They did a great job, even getting out some spots that others have not been able to remove completely in the past. They moved and cleaned under the living room furniture and left all furniture up on blocks to keep rust from metal parts or stain from finished wood from transferring to the damp carpet. I had asked that they make an effort to remove as much water as possible since we have experienced some long drying times with a few other cleanings. I'm writing this late the same evening and many parts are already almost dry. When they arrived I asked how long it might take and was told it might be 2 hours. It actually only took them only 1 1/2. Besides being efficient and effective in their work, both guys were very nice to work with. Overall, a top-notch experience.

Great job. Bill showed up on time, was in and out within my schedule and the staining was successfully removed. Would definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Service was professional from the time I called to make the appointment all the way through the tech finishing the work and leaving. I was able to scehdule an appointment promptly; i was given an actual time, not just a broad timeframe, that the tech would arrive. The tech was nice, professional, expalined the work he did. The quality and price were good, I would call them again the next time I want to have my carpets cleaned.

Outstanding job. On time, actually early, and got the job done in an hour. Thorough and complete and provided good direction about staying off the carpet up to 6 hours.

it was a wonderful experience. Work was scheduled and they called to tell us they were running a little late. We had a tea stain that they did a great job on. We were warned that it may reappear over time but it has not. They worked on some high traffice areas also. We are very satisfied ith Howards. Very professional, thorough and neat/ Great job

I found Howard's Steam Clean through a coupon deal on Angie's list. After processing the coupon on line, I contacted the company via phone and was able to reach the scheduler without problem. They had no problem accommodating my schedule request. On the day of the appointment, they were running a little behind, but were on site within a half hour of the scheduled time. The two man crew were polite and professional and apologized for the delay. Cleaning got underway very quickly and they were in and out within 90 minutes. There were no problems processing the coupon and all was done quickly and easily. These folks did a great job at a great price and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional, timely & pleasant to work with. I just called and scheduled them to come out to clean some additional carpets. I intend to continue to use them for future carpet cleaning needs. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

The appointment was easy to make. The woman who made the appointment was courteous and personable. The representative, I can't remember if it was Mr. Howard himself, arrived promptly and went to work. He set up his equipment and worked quickly. My ugly old carpeting is clean. I told him that when we purchase new carpeting next year, we will call him to take care of it.

The technition arrrived on time. Asked what rooms I wanted cleaned & went right to work. He put on booties over his shoes, moved furniture & cleaned carpets. He pre-treated some areas that were heavily soiled. He cleaned up his stuff & asked if there was anything he could help me with. He informed me they also do tile & upholstery cleaning. Very professional.

The company reps were professional and courteous. Everything went as scheduled with the exception of one pet stain that didn't come out with their process. Everything looked good until the carpet dried and the stain showed up again. No carpet cleaning service can guarantee to get out every stain and we didn't want to try and schedule them back so we treated the spot with a commercial stain remover product to get it out. Everything looks great now.

This was a great company. Bill was punctual, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my mother.
