Howard's Cleaning Service

It went well...Bill Howard the owner arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He took pride in that he got all the stains out and the Carpet cleaned up well.

The cleaning went well. There were a couple of spots that the contractor could not remove, but otherwise it was great.

I contacted them on the phone to set up an appointment and explained what I needed done. I had far more areas than the coupon I bought, but he said he would give me the same per-room price as the deal. The night before he called me to tell me his van had broken down, apologized and let me know he had to reschedule. It is a small operation, so I understood. The next time he called me the morning of and asked if he could show up early because he was running ahead. I was trying to vacuum and told him that, but he told me not to worry about that, that his cleaner was a giant vacuum anyway. He showed up when he said he would and got to work. He was very pleasant and gave me tips on how to clean different types of stains between cleanings and what carpet cleaners could and couldn't get out. I'd definitely use him again.

Bill provided excellent tile/grout cleaning cleaning service. His communication via email was fast and convenient. He was able to schedule the job quickly, and arrived timely. Our once tan colored grout had become gray/black, and Bill brought the grout back to the original color - it looked brand new after the service. I was also shocked at how the tile itself was cleaned. The tile is white, and I didn't really think it was all that dirty. The kitchen looks brand new. I'll be scheduling an annual cleaning. Thanks Bill!

Called Bill on Wednesday and he was able to rearrange his schedule to get to me on Friday. Carpets look great. I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Howard did a phenomenal job. He cleaned my father's carpeting and did a wonderful job. He was compassionate, professional, and courteous. Can't ask for more than that!

We scheduled the cleaning, then decided to have the carpet stretched first. Bill was flexible about rescheduling, then able to work us in with relatively short order. He and his team were prompt and thorough. While they focused on the main traffic areas, they were agreeable to helping us move a few things around to get into the corners.

Party never showed up for appointment.

I saw the Big Deal listed on my daily alert from Angie's List, contacted Howard's and made arrangements. I wasn't in a big hurry to have the work done, and since Christmas was right around the corner, we agreed to just wait until January. Everything went very well. Bill the technician was about 40 minutes late but that wasn't an inconvenience since my wife works from home anyway.

They arrived on time, worked quickly and the carpets looked wonderful when finished!!

He did a very good job. He was personable and very nice. The only thing I was not pleased with was that after only a week, my carpets seemed dirty already. I don't think it was his fault though, but maybe could have offered some rug cleaning solutions for me.

Did a thorough job of cleaning and moving furniture and pre-treated as necessary, was very professional, on time and over did an excellent job. Honored the purchased service did not attempt to up sell or add on additional items. We would definitely sue them again.

We purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List last fall (4 spaces for $99). Bill Howard was very personable and very polite. He called to let me know they were en route & as they were early, he offered to give us more time to get ready if we needed. Bill & Eric were efficient and conscientious and did all 4 spaces for us. They also took care to clean up as they went & before they left. The carpets look great and the house smells so clean. It was the easiest carpet cleaning experience we've ever had & we would definitely have them back in the future.

Very nice and professional workers who arrived on time and performed a quality job. They were able to come out to do the job very quickly which was appreciated and I felt comfortable with the charactor of the 2 men who did the work. Everything was fine from start to finish..

Do explain to him what kind of carpet you have since he cannot clean natural fiber carpet with his steamcleaner system. Synthetic is ok. He will not soak the rug, so it will dry quicker. He can use a sanitizer for the rug if you have pets and that will help with pet smells if you have them. I have 4 indoor cats and bring the dog in occassionally when bad weather comes, so my house would have dog smells when she came in. When he came, he explained that the system was down the day before and he had to fix it to get it workable again, so we rescheudled the next day. All systems worked fine. He will go over what you have and what you need for cleaning solutions so you know what you are getting when he gets there and will tell you how much it will cost to get it all done. Not very expensive overall, but I had a coupon for the service and dinner guests coming that weekend.

This was an Angie's List deal for carpet steam cleaning. Four "areas" (up to 250 sq ft per area) for $99. All in all I was very satisfied with the deal and service Howard's provided. Making the appointment was a breeze and they showed up precisely on time. The 2 guys came in, I showed them the areas I wanted cleaned and they got right to work. In addition to the 4 areas of my house they cleaned, they even cleaned one of my carpeted stairs for free. I think that was because they noticed they tracked in some dirt on their shoes. Certainly not a big deal, but it was nice of them to notice and take care of it. The entire cleaning took about 45 minutes and they were out the door. Since it was an Angie's List deal, there was no additional paperwork and they left with a smile and a handshake. My floors look fantastic and they were even able to remove some bike grease that was on the floor in one of our rooms. We would certainly use them again in the future.

I called as soon as I saw the Big Deal listed and explained I needed it done before painting on 12/18/12 and they worked me in and got the job done in around half an hour. They explained what they were going to do and again afterward. Bill suggested I use a citrus based degreaser in the future to maintain the floor. They really did a good job and I believe I got a good deal.

I give this company a big thumbs up. They respond immediately to calls and messages, were prompt and courteous, and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I will definitely use again. Very easy to work with.

Very professional, fast, and did a great job. We had a little miscommunication with the scheduled time, but they were very professional about it.

I bought the angies list deal and they contacted me right away to ask questions. They then told me they would refund the money because they didnt do that kind of work, they only cleaned grout.
