I was able to pay for the extra rooms on the spot, and the cleaner was quick and professional. The carpet looked beautiful afterward. He even went the extra mile and cleaned a small rug leading from the entry. I had compliments asking who did the cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.

They've done it a couple of times. They call me up each year and we have it done. That's why I called them over again. They've been here at least twice. I don't know of anything that stands out. They're doing the job. My wife likes how the carpets look and feel after they've been here. That's about it. Nothing super remarkable. Just they come in and do the job. They don't mess around, I know that. On price...reasonable enough, just fine, good. They came when they said they were going to come. They called ahead of time. They are very professional. They are probably busy so they came in and got the job done. They were in and out of here as soon as they got done. There was some stuff that we had to wait for it to dry but otherwise they were done.

This was a house we had purchased and these four areas were the only carpet out of 10 carpeted areas we decided to try to keep and continue using. The results were better than we anticipated and 9 months later, we are still very satisfied with the way the cleaned carpet looks.

Bob was the person cleaning and he was on time, very professional and did an outstanding job. Worked extra **** ** the steps that needed additional work. Also tried to remove a bad stain in one of the rooms, and had moderate success, but did make an excellent effort.

It was OK but they ended up charging us a lot more. I spent about $350.

I've used Howards four times now. The attention to detail on spots and stains is amazing. They pretreat stains before cleaning the carpets. I have white carpet throughout the house, and it looks brand new every time they come.

I usually use them. They are off of Angie's List. I was just thinking I need to have them come out. We paid about 300 bucks for all the carpets that we wanted; we had upstairs carpets, stairway carpets, the downstairs carpets and also a basement carpet that he cleaned. It was quite a bit. I liked him quite a bit.

This was a $159 big deal purchase. They told me that the tile was un-cleanable. What they could do better was to tell me that to begin with, that would help.

Dealt with both Bill and Bob. Bill did the organizing and scheduling, and also trouble-shooting; Bob did the actual cleaning. The floor cleaning went well, with one hitch. But they dealt with the one issue in a professional manner. Very pleased with results of tile and grout cleaning; the 4 living areas now are much more vibrant in color and tone.

It went excellent - Howard was very easy to work with - Sent him an e-mail and he got back with us the same day - He was going out of town so we set up the date for the next week - Bob, Howard's co-worker, showed up right on time and delivered us his quote Our shower needed a real good cleaning (travertine tile) and my wife did some investigating and found out that you needed to STEAM clean this sort of tile - Bob agreed with my wife and what was needed - Bob was prepared and he went ahead and did the entire bathroom floor and shower within a couple of hours Bob did a real nice job - we needed some grout work done as well and Howard's recommended a very good company for that as well

Everything went great. The gentleman who came out was really terrific. He took pride in his work and did an excellent job on my carpets.

Bill returned my phone call the same day and I was able to schedule an appointment the same week. He is professional and punctual. He did not over-sell other services. I asked Bill for some products that might help with pet odors/stains, and chose one he recommended. There was a great improvement in all the rooms in the house. My bill was exactly what he quoted me, plus the additional product I asked for. I couldn?t have asked for better service.

He cleaned all the carpets in my condo. He was professional and friendly. This company does a thorough job. I keep thinking I will have to break down and replace my living area carpet but then they restore it to a better than expected quality! I highly recommend this company.

The service was great and they did an excellent job at cleaning our carpets in the hallway, family room and three bedrooms. My wife and I have a 2.5 year old and a 5 month old and we both work full time so our carpet gets pretty beat up and not vacuumed as often as it should. They did a nice job but I probably wont use them again since I think we are going to buy our own machine to do the work. Really this is something that we need to do once a month with the level of traffic our carpet gets. If I were to use the cleaning service again, I would use them. They were great and affordable relative to the other companies out there.

After I purchased my Angies List Big Deal, I was contacted by this company right away and they scheduled my cleaning for the next week! The man arrived right on time, looked over the areas that needed cleaning and got right to work, He steamed cleaned my recliner and carpets. I do still have a small area where there was ground in dirt in front of the sofa, but all in all - I'd say I am very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to my friends.

Everything about our experience with Howard's Cleaning Service was professional from start to finish. The carpets in our finished basement were in really bad condition. I thought we'd just have to replace them, but I decided to give cleaning them a try first. Bob first pretreated the really bad stains. Then he cleaned the carpet. It was like a miracle--the carpet almost looked new! I was very happy with my experience with Howard's and will definitely use them again.
