Howard's Cleaning Service

They very professional and very nice. They gave me little hints about what I can use to get spots out of my carpet and other areas of my home. I would definitely use them again. The only comment I would have for them is that they get booties for their shoes.

I have never used Howard's cleaning service before but have had my carpets cleaned by different companies. My prior experience with other companies consisted of 45 minutes of a cleaning service and no personal interaction. Howard's cleaning service was the complete opposite, not only was Eric friendly, but he was knowledgable about proper care for my carpets. In addition, he was timely and took his time in each area that he cleaned. He was there for over 2 hours. My carpets are probably 20 years old and look brand new. I definitely recommend Howard's and plan to use them in the near future for my rental property.

Although the company was a little late (due to unforeseen circumstances), they were completely professional and got the job done quickly. Bill seems like a very nice guy and I would definitely use this company again.

It well except for one thing. The company only sent out one person. My wife and I were expecting they would move bigger pieces of furniture to clean under them. The gentleman indicated that was an extra cost. We have used carpet cleaning services in the past and have never been told moving furniture was an extra cost. It was always part of the job. My wife was told to "read the fine print." The only thing I saw that may apply was the statement "Additional charge will apply for any services required above coupon offer." I took that to mean things like Scotch guarding, etc. We did not imagine it referred to moving furniture. So, even though the job performed was excellent, the customer experience was a little less than satisfying. This is why my overall rating was "B". Had it not been for this one thing, this would have received a solid "A" from us.

They were fantastic and they did an excellent job. They came when they said they were going to and they came on time. They did what they said they were going to and I really like them. I would probably use them again.

purchased the BIG DEAL and received my initial service within 3 days of purchase. The crew and Bill, the owner, are always friendly and professional, I have used this provider 4 times and I currently have an appointment scheduled for next week. This provider is AWESOME!

It all went really, really well. As I answered above, everything was top notch from A - Z. I could not have been more satisfied. We will be using Howard's Cleaning Service from now on. I also loved how friendly and professional they were. Can't say enough.

They did what they said they would. It didn't totally help our floors, but we had no issues with them.

Not a good value, had to hand clean steps myself, could have saved the $100

I was not extremely happy with it. He did an ok job. It took several appointments for him to get here, several reasons he gave. I had at the time asked if he would clean the sofa and chair and he did not have the equipment for that. It was not as smooth as I would have liked. He is a little higher then I would have paid normally.

Howard's Cleaning Service was excellent. They do it efficiently and they were fine.

Very responsive, professional, and quality service provided. I left a message to schedule an appt and was called back within 10mins. On the day of the service, Bill showed up as scheduled. I had a couple of spots I was worried would be forever stains and Bill didn't seem so worried... And everything did come up. I am very satisfied with the service and experience working with Howard's Cleaning Service. I was fortunate to find them as part of an Angie's Big Deal of the Day... I would use them again and have suggested Howard's to some friends.

This team is great! Extremely professional, answered all my questions/concerns, they were fast and everything else I could ask for. My carpet is extremely old. The results turned out way better than i hoped. Will certainly use again.

Was responsivbe to phone call, arrived on time, cleaned up after himself.

Very friendly and professional. He works by himself so he may need help moving larger furniture. He did a good job, but I would like him to spend a little more time on high traffic areas.
