They were on time, clean cut and professional. The job went well.

Bill arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. He was professional and friendly. He wasn't satisfied with the way some of the areas turned out so he used a different solution and there was a definite improvement. I couldn't rate the cost because it's been a while since the floors were cleaned and I didn't have a comparison. We were satisfied with the cost.

He didn't do a very good job. He was overwhelmed with the amount of carpet he had to clean. He seemed tired. I would not recommend.

Working with and scheduling the carpet cleaning by email went very well. I sent emails with questions and got almost immediate responses. The scheduling was difficult only because it was contingent on the closing time so that they could get in as soon as possible. Unfortunately the house closing got changed multiple times but Howard's Cleaning Service was wonderfully understanding. In fact, when we went immediately to the house after closing he had been there waiting for an hour. There were some stains that could not be removed, but we knew that would be the case.

Everything went well, and we were happy with the service. They did a thorough cleaning, they protected the bottoms of our furniture to prevent water damage, and they showed on time for the appointment. The carpets turned out nicely, too.

Everything went well for the most part. The gentleman was available to do the work, and he charged a fair price for the service. However, he did clean very quickly, and I feel as though he might have done slightly better if he had taken more time.

He was very nice and did a excellent job. The price was very reasonable. We have our carpets cleaned often do to our dogs. We will use him again. We are very pleased with his service.

In September my carpets were cleaned for $149 from Howard Cleaning. They did an excellent job and I would rate them as Excellent. I was very satisfied. They were punctual, professional and the price was great. Yes, I will use them again.

He even had a nice vehicle. I really liked that he told me what he was going to do and did a pre treatment before cleaning the carpets. I really liked the material he laid under the furniture. The carpets sill look clean. I would definitely have the company back out.
