Description of Work: I had the carpets in our lower level and stairs cleaned. It is a light colored carpet and had a number of stains. The carpet now looks brand new. Very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: He cleaned my living room, dining room, family room, bedroom and hall. I requested scotchguard when I phoned and they said fine they did that. When he came he not have any scotchguard with him. The carpet did not come as clean as it has before. I don't know if it was him or my carpet. It was an okay job not what I expected.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 rooms. I can't remember exactly when I used the service - I've guessed here. But I first tried Howard's Steam Clean with a Groupon. Well worth the price, and the price for doing the whole house that I was quoted for future was very reasonable. He did a great job and was honest about what might or might not come out- more came out than he suggested. Will definitely call Mr. Howard again in the near future.

Description of Work: All carpet in my home was cleaned (all stains are gone!), tile in a large kitchen/laundry area, one bath and an entry was cleaned and sealed, and a sofa and loveseat were cleaned. Very happy with the price and the quality of the workmanship.
