Honda East

Got my car, 3 days later got a call saying my “part” was ready, to bring car back in! Didn’t know it needed a part, under impression it was fixed. I was supposed to be PICKED UP AT 12:50,to meet a Dr. Appt right down the street., per Andrew’s guarantee . Honda TOLD me they were ON THEIR WAY...I’m 12 mins away with traffic. ONE EXIT. They WERE NOT on their way. THEY WERE ON A LUNCH RUN. I realize people need to eat, but waiting 12 minutes would have made starvation set in? My Dr. AGREED to see me, with a $25 dollar fee. Tina said she couldn’t reimburse me, so car washes were agreed. They INSIST Johnnys in Beechmont, I pass LA EXPRESS leaving and coming home. Johnnys isn’t nearby. I’m NOT DRIVING 30 minutes, spending $5 in gas, when I LITERALLY wash my car twice a week? Sometimes 3x’s at LA EXPRESS. Tina can’t comprehend this, and is going back to offering oil changes, which I have paid and purchases 3 of last year, and haven’t needed one...as, I DONT DRIVE OUTSIDE A 5 MILE RADIUS!!! Hope their guts are full of burgers!!! I have a Pain Pump in mine, due to incomprehensible pain...which sitting on concrete waiting for Honda Shuttle Service has made indescribable. $80 to Pain Doctor!!!

I haven’t had any real car problems. I never have any problems with them, that’s for sure. They’re always on time. I usually get an appointment and they always take me right in. They’re very efficient at getting the work done and getting me out of there. That’s the reason I really like them. I bought a Honda brand new and I’ve had a Honda for years and that’s why I keep going back to them. They get an “A” for answering my questions.

I bought my care there so I have a [maintenance] package, so there was no charge. I would give them an A on everything. I like the convenience. You can drop it off if you want to or you can wait, not a long wait, and there's hours from morning through evening. I think their last appointment is like 8:00. I like that you can schedule online.

That was excellent. I would give it all A's as well. I would use them again. They were wonderful. In fact I had called there a couple months before I bought it and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they didn't have it. He said he would call me when they did and he did.

I go to the dealer. During the process they discovered one of the ball bearing had gone bad in one of the wheels, and it was getting ready to fall off the car. It was good the caught it.

We dropped the car off and picked it up later when it was done. Sometimes, I just pull in and they're able to take it and other times, I made an appointment ahead of time. So they're pretty accommodating. The staff are very good and very professional. The waiting room is comfortable. They have free coffee and several places to sit.

Great dealership! I have nothing but praise for this place. I've bought my last three cars from them, and have always used them for service. Service has been quick and pleasant, and I have never felt overcharged for anything. They have also never pushed me for unnecessary items.

I like their operation. I think their pricing is fair and I can trust them with the work they do. I like their timings. They have time available in the evening and on Saturdays. That’s why I go there. I’m in and out within an hour. I will surely use them again in the future.

Upon delivery of vehicle the van drivers side door had been detailed with a rag covered in oil. Brand new vehicle with oil all over the door. Fast forward over 3 weeks later. I call Honda and leave 2 messages with their finance department asking where my title was since I paid in cash. I never received a return phone call. I then placed a call to a sales manager named Mike Bollinger. He tells me they must have missed the messages and that my title must be lost in the mail. Said they mailed it basic mail and it's simply lost. Now it's on my to go obtain a duplicate title through the state. I give this company $35,000 and once I walk out the door am treated like a piece of trash. Not to mention they have my money and I have no title for my $35,000 purchase. Avoid this dealership by any means possible. They are dishonest and calling them lazy would be a compliment. I would NEVER step foot on their lot again. To this date I still have not received a return call from anyone above an arrogant sales manager. Terrible experience. UPDATE: The name is under Jennifer, same last name. The vehicle traded in was under my name. Trust me I know where I do business, and I know where not to do business. Honda East will never have our money again. Horrible customer service from a company that treated a woman 8 months pregnant like trash. Not a smart move considering my cash purchase of $35,000 with your company. Never again Honda East.

I go there every 3 to 6 months for my oil change. They are organized, they have a nice waiting room and they are quick. They are very professional and the facility seems nice.

I called and the tech gave me a quote and said I needed to call back by 4pm if I wanted the service next day so parts could be ordered. I called back and set the appointment for 10:15 am. Everything went as planned! The work was done in an hour. I was pleased! I have taken my Civic there numerous times and always had good service. As for the sales department....never had a good experience there and would not buy a car from there.

It was pretty quick and reliable. I've been there before. I think they're very friendly there and they do exactly what needed to be done. They're courteous. They're fairly quick; in and out. They have appointments in the evening until 10 o'clock until Saturdays. I called them a day before to get an appointment and they came in the next day. I would use them again in the future.

They have serviced this car for 7 years. They have never recommended work that seemed ambitious. Many times I have Identified a sound or small complaint and they have fixed with minimal expense or said work wasn't needed. They have earned my trust.

Honda East always provides top quality service. They don't try to sell unnecessary services and their preventative maintenance has served our needs very well.

Outstanding. Shopped around for the car I wanted. Used Costco's car buying program to get the lowest price. Shopped around for best trade in value for my vehicle. Made my purchase. Alex at Honda East was a great salesman.

It was great. We went based on emailed estimate that we requested. When we arrived Saturday, everything went very smoothly. There was no hidden costs or additional add ons that we weren't interested in. We drove the car, completed all the paperwork and left a couple of hours later. The price we received from them was the best in the area...better over louisville, southern Indiana and Indianapolis. Would definitely go again.

I like the experience. I call and make an appointment. They take my car right in and I don’t have to wait very long. I don’t take my car any place else.

They have honest service, nice waiting room and try to get you in and out. They will take you home if you need to and I have even had a rental car from them for free. They are honest and good.

As far as I know they did a great job. I didn’t know if there was anything wrong and I don’t see any difference but they worked on it and they always do good work, so I thought it was okay. They have a real good service department. We have bought several cars from them and we are very happy with them. They are very responsive. Their professionalism is very good. We would continue to use them in the future.

Have had 3 cars with them and I am always happy. They know Honda's and charge a fair price for service I can depend on. They are fairly easy to schedule service with. Have had a couple of emergency items and they handled them very quickly. schedule 4-7 days away for routine service. Use coupons from "Buy It in Anderson" book to get cheap ($20) oil changes.
