They always do such a great job. They stayed 3 nights and came a couple of times during the day while we were away. It is nice for Buddy not to have to go to a kennel and he can just stay right in the comfort of his own home. They walk him, feed him and give him lots of attention.

They're very good, very caring, reliable, completely trustworthy. They come to my home and took care of my cats when I was away for two weeks.

Vicki and Kate came to meet with me before our trip and made detailed notes on what we wanted done while we were away. We were out of town for almost 2 weeks, and Kate came daily to take care of our cat and 2 frogs, and she also did some plant watering for us. She was very accommodating when I called her from the airport with a couple changes. When we returned home, pets and plants were all in good shape, and she had left a log of what was done each day. She dropped the key off the following day. Everything was handled promptly and professionally.

Buddy was very happy when we came home but I could tell that he wasn’t as lonely as he usually is when we go out of town! We were very impressed with all of the personalized notes of how he was doing while we were gone! My husband and I were both laughing and shaking our heads as we were reading them and saying “that sounds so much like the Buddy we know!” He definitely hogs the bed and drinks water like there is no tomorrow! We also appreciated Kate taking such good care of the house and watching out for those inconsiderate neighbors we have that let their dogs poop all over our yard. I definitely will say this gives me so much relief considering we are planning a week at the end of the year when we will be traveling to Honduras. I truly considered trying to get out of it prior to finding these guys.

It was a very positive experience. Notes were taken on all the dogs feeding, sleeping, special needs and personalities. Our plants were watered as requested and mail collected too. After our home interview we felt that we were in very good hands. We were gone for a week. On our return we found all in order and the house neat and tidy. Dogs were content.

For the week that we were away, the petsitters came twice daily to feed, water and medicate all cats, including the day of storms and torrential rain. There were no problems and my instructions were followed. I couldn't be happier.

We've been using her for about a year. She's very wonderful. She is very professional. She keeps a diary while we are away. I feel very comfortable leaving our cats with her. She does extra things like taking out the trash, bringing in the mail, feeding the birds.

They were always there when they said they would be. They were very caring about our beloved pets and communicated well with us to keep the routines similar to what they would have with us home. They coordinated care with the daytime sitter,so there was no duplication , and all care was provided - went above and beyond what we had expected. Very happy with this service

We met with both Vicki and Kate before we left. They met our cats and went over in detail everything about the cats (vet, location of food, litter and cat carriers, what their favorite toys were, etc). We also went over what to expect while we were gone. They were very friendly and very professional. I felt confident that while we were away our cats would be well taken care of. When we returned from our trip, Kate had made a detailed journal of all that happened and how our cats were each day. I really feel that our cats were in great hands. Not only are Vicki and Kate professional, but also punctual and flexible in scheduling. I am definitely planning on calling them when we go out of town next time.

Vicki and Bri are very flexible about our changing schedules; often I call her the day before to change it. They are great!

We needed someone to check on our two cats while we were away for a long weekend. Vicki and Bri came by before our trip to meet us and the cats, and to talk about what they do during the visits. They both described their experience with cats and were very patient with my shy kitty. When I returned home, the cats were happy and healthy and I had a written update for each daily visit. We are new to the area so it was a big relief to have someone who likes cats coming over to take care of my pets, i was able to relax and enjoy my mini-vacation.

Vicky and Bri are great! They are professional and very courteous. They take a lot of notes during there initial visit and have followed my instructions to the letter. Even after the first meeting I felt very comfortable allowing them into my home to take care of my cat. They leave great notes after each visit and do not mind if you call or text to check in on your furry friend. It's been a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Vicki is great! From our perspective, she is professional, friendly, and helpful. We know that when she is scheduled to be there, she will be, and will take the best care of our pets. She provides special assistance to our old dog and we're always comfortable that he's in good hands with her. From the pets' perspective, they are always happy when we return home after Vicki has been visiting. They always have filled water bowls and she has always left detailed notes about her visit. We will definitely continue to use Vicki and recommend her regularly to our other pet friends...

Vicki is an exceptional person. She is kind and understanding and really loves animals. Jack took to her right away. She is also extremely reliable and professional. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help taking care of a pet.

I've been using a daily petsitter for about eight years and Vicki is one of the best. She is responsive, reliable and with the most reasonable price I have found in Cincinnati. She finds her own subs for vacation. It has been a refreshing change in the level of service from my previous petsitters.

Vicki was responsive from the word "go." All calls were returned promptly and an introductory visit was scheduled. Vicki and Bri both came to the introductory visit, where they met each animal and took copious notes on their personalities and habits/needs. They were excellent with the animals and provided outstanding feedback during the week that we were out of town to us and other family members. We returned to find daily notes of behaviors and our cats were in great shape! It's also worth noting that we have a unique situation where one cat is kept separate from the other two, and one of our cats was recovering from tail surgery. Neither of these circumstances gave Vicki or Bri pause, and we were truly delighted with the care they provided.

Vicki is a wonder. She came into a rather disorganized home office and with little time spent on instruction, dug right in and is almost finished getting all of my files from the early nineties to present filed appropriately and binned. I plan on continuing to use her services, including her pet services in the future. She is just fabulous with my puppy, who looks forward to seeing her every week.

Every time they get together, it is obvious they love each other. Vicki is the most caring, loving and careful pet sitter. She has the experience and the skills to perform a fantastic job. Thanks again.

She was a slave driver. She was very efficient and did a great job. She is very personable and a wonderful person. She is very much a hop to it person.

Vicki comes to my house three days a week to play with my two dogs for 30 minutes and visit with any of my cats that decide to make an appearance. I knew she would be great with my animals when she came over for the evaluation interview and to meet the critters. I have five cats and four of them hide from strangers, but at that first meeting all of them came out to meet Vicki without any coaxing. I was impressed, that's never happened before. My dogs LOVE her and really enjoy the midday break. She has always been very flexible when my plans have changed at the last minute. She leaves a daily note about her visit, time arrived, time she leaves, and what she does with the animals. I also recently used her service when I was out of town for ten days for overnight petsitting. She has a couple of other women that work with her for overnights and she made sure that it was OK with me if she wasn't the one sleeping over. She had Bri come to the house a couple of times beforehand on her midday visits to meet my animals and get the lay of the land. I could not have been happier, especially after my flight out was cancelled after I got to the airport and I had to ask her to leave for the night since I couldn't fly out until the next day. Then on my way home my flight was cancelled again after I got to the airport and she had to come back after packing up and leaving since I couldn't get home until the next morning. Not a good week for Northwest Airlines or me, but Bri and Vicki were completely understanding and accommodating to my last minute changes. When I arrived home my animals were happy, my home was as I left it and I had pages of notes to read through describing there time together with lots of fun details. I can't recommend Vicki enough, she is knowledgeable, professional, extremely accommodating, service oriented (hard to find these days), quick to respond to telephone calls and emails. I'll be out of town for a month later this summer and she'll be taking care of my cats while I'm gone. That's a long time to leave them but I'm completely comfortable knowing they'll get great care while I'm away (the dogs are going with me).
