+ -1 moreOur experience with Rich of HomePride Metro was fantastic. Together, we walked through the entire house, up and down, inside and out. He was very thorough and well-informed. All of our concerns were addressed. He offered great advice ranging from simple garbage disposal maintenance to recaulking the shower. At the end, we received a categorized binder detailing the results of the inspection along with an overview of the American Society of Home Inspectors standards and an 80 page guide on the basics of operating a home. I would highly recommend HomePride Metro to anyone buying a home or anyone that may just have some general concerns about their home.
