Do not buy a window from home depot. The saleman was very nice. But installation is a nightmare. I have had 6 appointments to have window installed. One contraction canceled 3 times and did not show or call for the fourth appointment. A second Home Depot supplied contractor has now canceled at the last minute two times. If you have a life with other things to do buy a window somewhere else.

It was okay. They should have people trained to help me measure and determine what I wanted. I would use them for some things but probably not for the countertops.

Home Depot hired KBR to do the actual work. We did have a dispute on the type of edging that they do, we selected the bull-nose type of edging. KBR came out to measure and we got the quote from Home Depot they were charging us additional for extra corners. KBR said if we do that type of edging there will be additional charges. Every time we would ask KBR a question about the extra charge they would say “that’s a Home Depot thing” and Home Depot would say the same about KBR. We were persistent with asking and ended up getting $200 - $300 off because they measured wrong. It was a little disappointing that we had to go back and forth to get an answer. Home Depot was going to charge us $576 to do a tear out of the old counter top. To save money my son and I did it and it was very easy and only took a couple hours. We cut it up in small sections and our regular trash guys took it out. Home Depot was going to charge us around $300 to put the plumbing in. To save money we hired our own plumber and he charged me $130. So it’s convenient that Home Depot offers to do the work but you can save money by doing the work yourself or hiring someone else to do it. KBR did a really nice job. They matched the counter top up really well and looks great. They did a really nice job when we went out to look at the slabs. The counter top we wanted was on sale so it was selling pretty fast so we made an appointment and they set some aside so we could come and look at it and purchase it. We are very satisfied with the sink and faucet.

I installed the kitchen floor and the cabinets

They were excellent. I love them. They did a wonderful job. When I went back to the store, I even looked up the person who set everything up and I told her how nice they looked. Everybody was nice.

I think that their prices are reasonable and I don’t have any complaints with them. Every time I needed help I have actually got answers.

It was a good experience, they only negative thing I have to say is that whoever did the estimate over estimated on materials and I had to return almost $400 of materials. It was inconvenient for me because it was heavy and cumbersome to try and take back and I had to take it back.

They gave us a price and told us exactly who we would need and what kind of services were available. So, we knew what the finished product would cost and there were no surprises at the end. We had a problem with the trim coming off on the Formica within a year but it was still under warranty and they sent a workman over to fix it.

They were quite knowledgeable in the store, they made the experience easy insofar as selection, and the end product was very good.

The quality of the cabinets was not as good as the ones we wanted to replace, and those were the best they had. They were nice, but particularly their hardware for the drawers, etc was not top notch. Top notch cost more, by about $2,000 in my case, but that's the way we went as we do not intend to sell soon.

They made a lot of good recommendations. They have a good system for designing. They used subcontractors to install the cabinets and they did a good job and they worked well with other people I had working in the kitchen.

She listened, got me in the right direction, and now it looks really good. Out of all the stores I went to, a girl there steered me straight and told me what to do and how to do it correctly. As a whole, I've been pleased with their paint department. Prior to going to there, I only spoke to men but at Home Depot, it's all women who work in the paint department, and they have always been good. Everyone I have always talked to seems to know what they are talking about, or steered me towards someone who would know how to answer my questions.

THE HOME DEPOT HELPED US TO PICK OUT THE RIGHT CEILING FAN. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO INSTALL AND WIRE FOR THE FAN. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD.

WE SHOP AT HOME DEPOT A LOT. WE HAVE USUALLY BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS THAT WE PURCHASE AT HOME DEPOT. HOWEVER, THE CEILING FANS WERE A BIT OF A DISAPPOINTMENT.

THEY WERE VERY FLEXABLE ABOUT THE INSTALLATION DATE, AND THE JOB WAS PERFORMED AS EXPECTED. THE PRICE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD SINCE THEY ADDED A SINK IN FOR FREE. WE HAVE ENJOYED OUR CORIAN TOPS OVER THE PREVIOUS LAMINATE TOPS ALOT.

IT WENT EXACTLY THE WAY THE SALESMAN SAID IT WOULD GO. VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. NO SURPRISES, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WENT EXCELLENT.

CARPETING CAME IN FLAWED. THERE WERE DROPPED STITCHES AND THE SEAMS DIDNT MATCH. THEY SCUFFED DOORWAYS AND CORNERS. WE BACKED OUT AND GOT OUR MONEY BACK. TOTAL DISASTER.
