Description of Work: Hoerst Plastering re-plastered dining room ceiling that had fallen. I also had water damage on the plaster walls in my bedroom, dinining room and basement. It was a very big job. George, the owner of the company, was concerned about protecting my floors and furniture and keeping the dust confined by sealing plastic barrier between rooms. They cleaned up after the work was completed, were always considerate and on time. I have used this company in the past and am enormously pleased with their work. They are perfectionists and really nice to boot. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: He resolved a water leak and mold issue in my bathroom plaster walls and painted the area. He also repaired various cracks in other walls throughout the house. He did a fabulous job and would not hesitate to use him again.

Description of Work: Our house was built in 1925, so cracks tend to develop over time in the plaster. This is the second time we've had Hoerst Plastering do work in our house. They repaired 2-3 foot cracks in our guest room, dining room and living room ceilings. They also tore out and repaired a larger crack above our fireplace.

Description of Work: I had a leak above my bay window and this man came out and removed an area above the window to find the leak. After waiting for rain, which never happened during our waiting period, he plastered the area back up.

 + -1 moreThis company did a better than average job. I had to smooth out some areas before painting. There were some larger areas that had obvious flaws. I spackled and repaired them myself. I think they are expensive for the size of the job we had done.
