When this all started we had questions about our septic. We called Hoehn Contracting and explained what issues we were having. Paul was very helpful and walked us through what we needed to do to get this going. Paul and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Paul was thorough on what needed to be done and kept my husband and I informed on everything. There aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate the work they did. Working with Paul was a great experience, he took the time to explain everything to me and he always was responsive when I would call him with questions. When you are in a situation with having to replace your septic tank system, you want someone who is going to be honest and straight with you- Paul was just that. When he replaced my system, he was very organized and neat with his work and they got it done in a short amount of time. I received a lot of compliments from my neighbors about how good of a job they had done. I’m so grateful I was pointed in his direction when I needed a contractor, I would work with Hoehn Contracting again and again if I could.

It went AMAZING! I had been stressing out about my septic tank and it's issues for awhile before deciding I needed to finally figure out what was going on. Paul came out on a Tuesday to assess the situation and spent a good amount of time determining the best course of action. Him and another guy started on that Thursday!!! That is incredible! When you have these kinds of problems, you're ready for them to just be solved, and Hoehn contracting did just that! They came out and worked really hard to get my septic system functioning at it's optimal ability again. AND, they did it within a day! They were also friendly and professional, and definitely competitively priced! I would call them again in an instant if I ever needed to. It felt like he really cared and wanted to do the right thing, instead of a lot of other companies who are just trying to make the biggest profit. I really appreciated that. My septic is up and running like brand new!

The county inspector found a few items that needed repaired. As a new home owner with no experience of living in a home with a septic system prior, Paul was great in not just fixing the issues but educating me as well. Paul was punctual, courteous, and most importantly honest. Paul did everything possible to avoid digging up my yard and incurring additional costs. The quote Paul provided was fair and the same as the final cost with no surprises. Honest, quality work is hard to come across these days and Paul is exactly that. I would strongly recommend Paul in the future.

This was a huge job that incorporated a large portion of my yard. Paul did an incredible job in walking me through this less than desirable project. I was required by my county to install a mound septic system which is not inexpensive, so very important to have a knowledgeable installer. Paul explained the process (probably more times than he wanted to per my questions) with kindness and good humor. When the project was complete he took care in getting my yard back to a “mowable” condition with leveling and reseeding the rough areas. His co-worker, Scott, was as dedicated in doing a good job as Paul. They worked together seamlessly. Would highly recommend Hoehn Contracting and truly felt blessed to have found someone with his work ethic.

Paul made the impossible possible. My septic failed inspection when trying to sell my home and I was under a time restraint to get it replaced and still be able to close on the house. I had a leach line system and was replaced by a direct discharge system (Jet). Paul was willing to help me and delivered by the deadline that was given. Paul was extremely thorough and responsive with all questions and concerns regarding what permits were needed and what would be required to get the new system in. Paul is very knowledgeable on how the process works of replacing a septic, in addition to having electrical work completed (Mark Elbe - A rating). He kept me updated every step of the way in the process and took care of my home as if it was his. I highly recommend Paul Hoehn for any work needed done, he is extremely trustworthy and dependable. Not only was all of the work done as promised, the yard was left in better condition than when work started. Paul went above and beyond all expectations.

I selected Hoehn Contracting (Paul) because from the first time we met I knew he was a straight shooter. He discussed details with me that others did not and was completely honest and up front about all that was going to happen so I had no surprises. His attention to details was second to none. I don't know a lot about septic installation but when I looked at his trenches, drain lines, system install, etc. it was all done as though it was in my home and going to be seen everyday rather than buried in my yard forever. He kept me updated with every step of the project and made sure I was aware of any tweak he needed to make...again so there were no surprises. He installed a system that has only been put in Hamilton County 2-3 times before mine but I never worried since he had so much experience and strong understanding of the brand. All inspections went perfectly after the work was completed and Paul took the time to make sure I knew exactly what to do after he left. While a ton of my backyard needed to dug up for the install, Paul made sure that all the trenches and dirt was put back where it needed to be...and I am picky! I would use him again in a heart beat!

I know that they are on Angie’s List. Paul Hoehn, the owner of the company, came out to inspect my septic system. Once we came out, he very clearly laid out my options. He understood exactly what should have been done. He confirmed that the company I had used for the job did not do the right service to satisfy the health department. He actually told me that he is not the best company to provide the service that I needed, and he made a recommendation to one of his competitors. I felt that he was straightforward and very honest. I didn’t do the service but I give him a high recommendation. He does have an inspection fee and I think his fee is very comparable to others.

He was patient with our questions (as neither my husband or I had ever dealt with a septic system/tank) and was someone that we will use in the future (well hopefully we won't need it soon!) without a doubt. Paul will be coming to check on the system every 6 months since we appreciated his help so much and trusted his expert opinion. Paul has and quot;the heart of a teacherand quot; and really wanted us to understand each step of the process.

We hired Hoehn Contracting to replace the main waste line from house to septic tank. The county requires companies to bonded to work on septic systems and they are. They were very responsive and started the job quickly. The work took a day and a half. This included the excavation, removing the old pipe, installing the new pipe, filling in the trench, repairing the driveway, and re-seeding the lawn. They handled all the permits and county inspections. During the entire process Paul, the company's owner explained step by step what repairs they were making and why. They took photos of all work, providing us with copies and a detailed step by step description. We learned during the process that we actually had two septic tanks, no other contractor or pump service had ever mentioned this to us and we had lived in the home for 22 years. Very honest, reliable company. The owner was very hands on and provided a lot of knowledge. We highly recommend this company.
