Replaced patio slider glass

Arrived late to install glass, never called to let us know they were running late. Did not quote what we asked for, but what they had was good enough to repair the table. Once they were here they completed the work in a timely manner. Would not use again.

We hired them to replace two glass windows in two rental units we own. I found them after another window firm recommended them and had gotten a quote from another company recommended by the building manager. I hired them because their quote was lower and they gave me more information (as a remote landlord, I needed to rely on them to describe the problem and solution). My tenants report that they did a very good job and it seemed complicated because one of the windows was on a high floor and the building is very old. My one issue is that they didn't tell me that the windows were both tinted, so I had to spend an additional $350 to do that for both windows. I would have liked if they had explained that to me in the first place. But they were very apologetic and helped me find a good provider at a good price.

I called around to around 3 places to get an estimate how much it would cost to get a glass cut onto my makeup table. And one place quote be around$120 another place $83...I was ready to give up because I bought the table at IkEA and it only cost $67 so I wasn't about to spend that kind of money and the glass that went with the table at IKEA was $75....their price was sooooooooooo reasonable and it was quick and I was also able to use my 10% off on Angie's list. I would return and send people over their. Everyone was nice and the young guy even carried the glass out to my car. Thanks

I called several companies for estimates to replace a plate glass front window on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. One company told me they would need to drive by the property to be able to accurately estimate the work. The drive by would happen some time in the next week!? A-1 Hilltop Glass gave me an estimate over the phone which was slightly higher than what I actually paid. They sent out a team to replace the window on the first day that the weather was warm enough to do the work. They cleaned up afterwards and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I was prepared to pay slightly more than what was charged for the job. Overall I'm very pleased with this experience.

They had the cheapest price. I called around to 2 other places which quoted me about 40 to 70 dollars more. Their turnaround time was quick but I did inform them I would be out of town and wouldn't need the glass until a week later but she still called early to let me know it would be ready for pickup. Also one of the workers carried it to me car. The lady I spoke to was nice and friendly

Their service has been good. They’ve been very prompt about getting back to me. I think the new owner is going to do a very nice job in her business.

Very polite gentleman came out and replaced glass. The biggest problem is that communication was very poor. It took several reschedules because they were always doing a school project. BUT no one would call until I called to see where they were. Finally got it installed and about a week later when the sun was shining (didn't happen often this fall), I noticed scratches in the glass. Called and they were coming out to look at it. Again a couple of tries and finally decided just to replace it. When new glass came in, it took two times (but first time, it was rainy and couldn't be done). My biggest complaint with them is that communication was poor. I would rearrange my schedule, wait and when they didn't come within the recommended time frame I would call to see where they were and if they were coming. Communications could have been much better.

Went well. I would definitely use them again.

I'm sure that cutting the new mirror door was a fairly routine procedure for Hilltop. What made the experience special for me was the custom service provided. I brought in the matching door for them to determine the size of the new door. I asked about new hardware since the original had been thrown out with the broken door. During the discussion the order person suggested that I would need new hardware for the matching door as well since the old would not match the shininess of the new. I agreed. Part of the old hardware was glued onto the old mirror. I asked how I could get that off to replace it. She explained that a solvent could be used to dissolve the glue. In fact, if I left the old mirror, they could take care of this for me. I thought that was great. The new mirror was ready within the timeframe provided and the cost was as estimated. The removal of the old hardware was free. I'm sure it didn't cost much to do, but considering that my total bill was only $30, I was pleasantly surprised.

THEY BROKE THE FIRST PANE FOR MY HOUSE AND MISSED MY DEADLINE FOR INSTALLATION. THEY DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME WHY THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE ON TIME. ONCE I GOT A HOLD OF THEM THEY WERE NOT HAPPY THAT THEY HAD TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER I RETURNED BACK FROM VACATION. ONCE I RETURNED, WE AGREED ON A NEW INSTALLATION DATE. WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

HILLTOP GLASS WAS ON TIME AND WAS VERY CAALRFUL WITH THE BROKEN GLASS. THEY LEFT NO MESS BEHIND FOR US TO CLEAN UP. THE WINDOW MATCHED THE ONE THAT THEY HAD REMOVED.THEY GLUED THE METAL DECORATIONS BACK ON THE NEW WINDOW AND IT LOOKED GREAT.

WASN'T OVERLY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULTS, EXPECTED BETTER

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO FINISH THE WORK.
