Throughout the years, we have prided ourselves on bringing comfort, safety & peace-of-mind to thousands of families in the greater Cincinnati & surrounding areas. Our experienced technicians are skilled in plumbing, drain cleaning, heating, cooling and electrical. We handle both commercial & residential customers and with over 40 years of experience serving the greater Cincinnati area. As a Trane dealer, we offer a complete selection of high-efficiency heating & cooling equipment that can save you hundreds of dollars every year on your utility bills. We offer state-of-the-art solutions to improve indoor air & water quality through our partnerships with Kinetico and Trane cleaneffects. Our friendly, trained, background screened technicians are available whenever you need us. We’ll arrive on-time, in a fully-stocked truck and can fix your problem on the first visit. Description of Work: I did a major renovation of the family room level of my tri-level home in 2009 and used Hermann for major plumbing and duct work. I was and still am extremely happy with the work Kevin Hermann did. He closed off some of my heating ducts (I replaced with electrical floor heat) that ran under the building and rerouted some of my plumbing. This sounds a lot simpler than what the job really was. But once again I would highly recommend Hermann for any plumbing jobs.

THEY WERE HERE FOR 3 HOURS AND CHARGED US $360. THEY SAID OUR PIPES ARE FINE BUT I STILL HAVE A LEAK IN MY SHOWER. THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR WORK AND LEFT "GOOP" IN THE SINK. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, POLITE, AND EXTREMELY THOROUGH. THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. FAMILY-OWNED OPERATION. HE WAITED AROUND FOUR HOURS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK - AND IT WAS GOOD HE WAS THERE BECAUSE IT WASNT OK! HE STAYED BEYOND THE TIME AT NO EXTRA PRICE AND THE SERVICE WAS AN ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE.
