They were on time in my opinion they overcharged me $28.00 but they did an excellent job.

They arrived on time, were courteous, put together all the furniture and moved the necessary pieces.

Do not use this company! I hired them to help move furniture into a POD so that we could have hardwood floors done. In the process of them moving, they stole my son's Jordans and his cologne. They also stole an electric appliance. I placed a stop payment on the check after I realized what was taken and a police report was taken.

Went very well. Dave and Brandon took care with all my brothers furniture, and seeing he was elderly, really worked to complete in the minimum time. I am moving next month myself and will definitely use Hercules again. Great company to work with!

The movers were on time. Very hard workers. Took care when moving items.

I used Hercules moving to move us from our home to storage in June and in September we used them again to move us from storage to our new home with an Angie's list deal. The time in June went very well. This time went OK. They were on time and stayed on task for the full two hours and 15 minutes. Two complaints I have from this move was that they were smoking as they arrived with my furniture for the new home. The other issue is that they scratched the wall when carrying a dresser to the second floor. I had to point out to them that they scratched the wall and there was no discount or compensation.

That moving service turned out very well. They were professional and courteous. They worked for a full 8 hours. They were doing a move, which was 5 miles in distance.

The movers arrived on time and got right to work. Manny and Ed were great. They moved all our large furniture in 3 hours. I bought an Angie's list coupon and when I called to inquire about the coupon I was actually told to not purchase the more expensive deal after discussing what we had to move. They got the work done and even helped move a fridge after they were finished. Will certainly be using again!

I have called them and they answered the phone and my questions quickly. They also let me know what to expect.

Some of them had to be disassembled as well. After the flooring was installed, they came out and moved that back into the house from the contract we had with them. We expected it to go without a hitch and it did. Things were piled on top of things and everything was protected.

They were supposed to be at the house at 1 and arrived at 5 on a Saturday. Two men came with a truck too small. They called another man to come with a smaller truck. When they were at the house, the 3rd man got cut in the face and they sent him to the ER. They went to the ER with the truck and took with them 1 piece of an antique I own. I paid them for this hilarious move. I called the manager to question him on some things and my piece of furniture. He them came back to return the piece. I was so livid with this experience. My son and I worked so hard to help with the move; I requested them to reimburse us for the move. They told me no!

Excellent job. TImely, took good care of furniture and walls floors, etc. Responded well to special requests and changes in plan. Will use them again for next move. Ask for Russell and Eric. Dave and Maury are great too.

The move was very smooth and quick. They handled everything with care and brought a box to me as soon as they dropped it to see if anything had been broken, it had not. They were quick at reassembling all items they too part. They were also willing to move items into a garage that was not attached to the apartment building. I have recommended them to my family and friends who have also been very satisfied with their work.

I used a Big Deal coupon for $190.00 for a 2 person moving crew for two hours, including truck. The communication with the office (Stephanie) was great, I had to postpone for a month but it was no problem. They truck with the two men showed up on time and they were professional and friendly. They moved some furniture but mostly a lot of packed boxes. It ended up being 3.5 hours and I paid $107.50 additional. I highly recommend Hercules Moving.

They were on time, got straight to work and more appropriately protected floors from rain. Moved everything in a timely manner and did not destroy anything.

I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. After arriving one hour late, the movers smoked with our stuff in the moving van, and then disappeared for one hour with our stuff. I took photos of the movers smoking in the truck! When we called the office, an employee by the name of Stephanie informed us that she did not know who was sent to our our home and did not not know how to get a hold of them. It literally took three calls to the office before the drivers were located and then we were told they had decided to take a lunch....our appointment was at 9 am, they arrived at 10am and in the middle of a two hour move they needed to take a lunch... horrible! The worst thing about the whole ordeal was that the owner Ron was unavailable to get a hold of. He would not return phone calls of e-mails. Buyer Beware. I am reporting them to the BBB. Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent to the owner while we were waiting. Ron, I am writing you because I am in the middle of the most frustrating moving experience with your company. I have currently been waiting 40 mins at the arrival location waiting for your movers to arrive, from our old apartment 2 miles away. I just received a call 2 minutes ago from the driver saying that they are stopping for a sandwich. Why someone chooses to take a break in the middle of a two hour move, which They were approx 1 hour late for, is beyond me. If they feel the need to break then they need to inform me before, not after they have eaten. We have literally been waiting by the front door wondering where our stuff is! We moved 2 miles away! My husband rode his bicycle over here, left after they did, and still made it here before. I also have an issue with the lack of work your crew does. I was moving mattresses, my couch, and dressers while your workers, for whom we are paying our hard earned money to, are carrying one chair at a time & smoking while in the truck bed with out stuff. That brings me to my next issue - I am not ok with hired movers smoking in the back of the truck where my furniture is. I called to speak with someone about this issue and was told me that they did not know who they sent out for the job- how are you ok with your business being run like this! I was 5 minutes away from calling the police and reporting my stuff being stolen. I need to speak with you ASAP. I am not comfortable paying for these horrendous movers and lack of customer service. By the way, our appointment t was for 9 am and it is now 12 pm and we are still waiting for our stuff.

I was very impressed with Hercules moving. They were very careful with all the furniture and their Angie's list deal for $190 for 2 men for 2 hours is definitely worth it. (note: if you go over 2 hours it is $85/hour billed at 15 minute increments). They did the whole job in 2 hours and were very efficient and we weren't charged anything extra. The workers were also very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I just hired them again to move us from storage to our new house and I have no doubt they will do a great job!

Brandon, Manny and Ron were our moving crew. These were the hardest working guys I've ever met. They lifted many heavy items (furniture, home gym equipment, boxes) out of the old house and into the new place including all three floors and also the basement through a tight stairway. Nothing was damaged. The truck was carefully packed. They took very few breaks, and were always professional and courteous. They even reassembled furniture that had to be taken apart to fit through the doors. A very positive experience during an otherwise stressful move. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the service!! I originally purchased a three person crew Big Deal so I quested if they would be able to do the job. To my surprise they completed the job and did it very quickly.

I bought an angies list deal that was $190 for two hours, two guys and a truck. We told the guys we only wanted the two hours so they hustled in order to get everything we wanted to move in that time period. They did a great job moving everything. The only complaint was that they lost the feet to our couch.. not a huge deal but something small. We would use them again definitely.
