Description of Work: They were very unprofessional, mainly the main guy. Don't remember his name. But, he complained about the size of our boxes and the fact that we lived in an apartment and they couldn't pull the truck up directly to our door. They were slow and did a poor packing job. I am 100% sure all of my belongings could have fit on their truck, as it was the largest size they have. Yet, they supposedly could not fit everything and I had to get a uhaul to complete the move. I would not ever use this company again. They made an already stressful time even more stressful for me, as I was doing this move myself since my husband is ill. I can't even express in words how awful of an experience it was.

Description of Work: They moved the contents of our 3 bedroom home to another home. It went very well and we were very pleased with the service we received from the office (scheduling, reminder phone calls, etc.) and from the moving team (preparing, loading, unloading). They were careful, as well as, efficient, so they finished in a very timely manner. I would recommend this moving company for any size job.

 + -1 moreIN THE LATE AFTERNOON, WE HAD TO LEAVE TO ATTEND OUR CLOSING. WHEN WE RETURNED TO OUR NEW HOUSE, THE MOVERS REPORTED THAT THEY WERE FINISHED AND PRESENTED US WITH OUR BILL, WHICH WE PAID. HOWEVER, WHEN WE WENT BACK TO OUR OLD HOUSE, WE FOUND THAT THEY HAD LEFT MANY ITEMS AND BOXES, APPARENTLY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOM LEFT ON THE TRUCK AND DID NOT WANT TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP. WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER TO INFORM HIM OF THESE THINGS, HE SAID HE WOULD ''LOOK INTO IT'' BUT APPEARED INDIFFERENT AND RELATIVELY UNCONCERNED. THE MOVERS DID NOT PLAN ON A MOVE OF THIS SCOPE, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE EITHER FINISHED THE JOB OR MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO FINISH IT AT A LATER DATE. WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ESTIMATORS ERROR. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE MOVERS WERE POLITE, BUT DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB, AND THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE WAS POOR. GIVEN THE SITUATION, I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THE OWNER WOULD HAVE SHOWN MORE CONCERN FOR OUR DISSATISFACTION WHEN WE CONTACTED HIM. INSTEAD, HE GAVE
Description of Work: THEY GROSSLY UNDERESTIMATED THE JOB AND AS A RESULT, THEY DID NOT SEND A LARGE ENOUGH TRUCK OR ENOUGH MEN TO DO THE JOB. ABOUT AN HOUR INTO THE JOB, THEY CALLED FOR A 4TH MAN, BUT WE STILL ENDED UP HAVING TO RENT A 26 FOOT U-HAUL AND MOVE A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF STUFF OURSELVES.

ALSO THE TRUCK THEY BROUGHT WAS NOT LARGE ENOUGH SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO EMPTY THE TRUCK AND GO BACK AND DO ANOTHER LOAD, WHICH WOULD COST MORE. THEY DID NOT PROPERLY ESTIMATE THE SIZE OF THE MOVE ANE WERE NOT EFFICIENT. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
