Pretty good - the painters experienced a personal emergency which delayed the timing, but overall the job was good.

Mike and his crew were eager to do a good job. We are very happy with the results.

Mike, Mary and the entire crew did a wonderful job on our house. We did a four color job on an approximately 100 year old 2 story stucco home. They did great prep work as was the end result. I am pretty picky and I would recommend Mike and Hatton Quality Painting to everyone.

originally he painted the rooms a blueish color and after he gopt into the job i realized he was using the wrong type of paint and even the wrong color. He also began to paint the doors on various rooms and he was painting the door hinges! The truck the came in left an oil spot on my driveway, the drop clothes they used had paint on them from previous jobv and they got paint speck on my furniture and carpets. They also damaged my curtain rod which i had to replace, and they even poured paint down my sink in the basement and i needed a plumber to come out to fix my pipes!! to top it all off he brought his wife to the job four straight days and all she did was talk to me the whole.. I was not satisfied with my experience whatsoever

This was a large job and took 7 days to finish. The change from start to finish was quite striking. They are very professional, courteous and neat. The attention to detail was amazing. I had this work done right before the Christmas holiday and they left the house almost neat enough that I could start decorating.

The owners were on time and returned all phone calls promptly. The prep work I think is the best I've ever seen. All of the workers did excellent work and were very neat. They cleaned up daily. They made my house look like new again, and I hope to use them for interior painting this winter. Mr. and Mrs. Hatton were friendly, knowledgeable professional who made the whole experience fun. Also, when I was unsure what color that was perfect. I couldn't be happier. This company deserves to be on the pages of happiness.

We liked the owner and what he discussed. However, we felt that the cost was more than expected. We went with another Angie's List provider.

I thought it went slow but the weather had affected this. He was busy with other work but still showed up with plenty of workers. They did not make a mess or harm any landscaping.

The job was done in one week, on schedule and started on the date forecast three months prior.

The painting work went very well. Hatton Painting promptly provided an estimate before beginning the work. They showed up as scheduled, pressure washed the windows and sanded off the old paint. They painted the exterior trim around our windows, the trim around our front door and the front door itself. They cleaned up as they went. We were very pleased with the work and will likely use them for interior painting some time next year.

Overall, the experience was great! I am a single woman and needed to leave for a business trip for the week. Hatton Painting came in during that time, was careful to not let my cats out and completed the work. It's a family run business and after meeting Mike and his wife - I felt very comfortable letting them in my house even though I wasn't there. They finished the work in the time they stated. Never got paint on anything that they should not have. Upstairs there was some bleeding through of prior paint and Mike came back and touched up the walls. TOP CLASS COMPANY!

The work went extremely well and on schedule, with the exception that instead of Mike Hatton supplying the final finishing coat paint, I bought it myself---but with the help of the paint seller, mistakenly bought interior paint instead of exterior (but of the right color!). After having started on applying the final coat, Mike fortunately realized there was something wrong and told me. This caused me to fly back to the paint shop and get the right paint! I of course paid the extra time necessary to go back and re-apply the right paint. Anyway, all finished well and just in time before the bad weather arrived.

Hatton was very punctual and very good. Everything looked tip top when he was finished!

Hatton was among 4 bidders to quote on painting my house. He spent the most time sizing up the job and was the only one who recommended painting versus staining (cedar siding), which paint dealers had recommended. His crew of 5 were professional and exceptionally detailed. They prepped nearly 3 days before priming, including heavy scraping of a 3rd story, west facing side. Their painting work was exceptional, detailed and neat. They left very little mess (either scrapings or paint on brick, windows, etc.). House is 17 years old and this is the 4th paint job ... I believe this will be the best and most lasting effort.

This is an excellent company. I was very pleased as well as very happy with their work. My home looked as if it had totally been remodeled. I would definitely use this company again & again.
