Description of Work: Provided drain cleaning service with coupon from their website. Terry was very professional, diagnosed and fixed the backup the same day (using an auger to remove root buildup), and didn't try to sell us unneeded services. And the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Leak in the basement. First visit, failed to diagnose hole in drain pipe from kitchen sink--claimed it was water leaking in through foundation. Leak still there after two weeks of dry weather. Second visit, better technician found and fixed the leak. I like this company when they get it right but they are expensive. They've replaced a hot water heater for us too. They also bid on replacing a couple faucets and toilets, but they were way high, and we had someone else do that work.

Description of Work: Unclogged a drain line (2 drains). Took them longer than they expected, but they kept at it until the line was completely open. Gave good advice and provided a pipe treatment to prevent problems in future. Very patient and courteous to a fault.

Description of Work: Replaced a collapsed storm drain from my walkout basement into a ravine. The work was good. I thought the price was somewhat high, but I was in a bind as when it rained water couldn't get away and came into the basement. When the job was done they left and I had to level the dirt over a period of time which turned out to be a big job. Overall the quality of work was good and I would probably use them again but I would make sure the entire job was completed.

Description of Work: Placed a water pressure regulator to water pipes and replaced two pipes that were corroding and leaking. I also, at a previous visit, had a stationary tub faucet replaced that was leaking for a similar price. Very happy with their service.
