It turned out fine. They were professional and courteous.

They are expensive and what they do doesn’t last long. The tell you that it is going to last about a year. Their prices are ridiculous for what they do. When I first started dealing with them I liked them very much, but not so much toward the last couple of years.

They did a great job and we would use them again. We haven’t had any problems since. They figured out the issue that others plumbers couldn’t figure out. I would highly recommend them. They were able to go through the drywall as opposed to going through the tile which saved us a lot money.

I have always found them excellent. They are very reliable and they come on time. I would recommend them to others.

The company called 3 hours ahead and canceled 1st appointment. The technician called 10 minutes before appointment to inform us that he would be 45 min. late for 2nd appt. The technician was surprised when I showed him to the water heater. He thought he was only here to analize the plumbing for needed repairs. The technician did look at the water heater and asked us if we had a bucket and coat hanger that he could use to try to flush the unit. He then said he could not flush it and he called his office and his boss wanted a additional $230.00 to flush the water heater. He also wanted to replace the main water shut-off because I thought it may be bad but he wouldn't even test it to verify it's condition.

Great work done from this company back in 2012 - they were available quickly and did a great job. We will use them in the future for all of our services.

They have expert knowledge and state of the art equipment; they have these video things that go down into your plumbing pipes and stuff. The people who work for them are very knowledgeable, courteous and on time.

We have/had worked with Halpin exclusively for YEARS. They've always been reliable and have a pretty good team of plumbers - some are great, some good and, to be fair, a few are mediocre. Anyway, the problem is they've grown into doing large commercial projects and their services have been getting more and more expensive. We recently received a estimate from them for another residential project that seemed unrealistic but they held firm to their $ when asked so we finally explored our options and saved over $1,000 (33%) using another company. The moral of this story : BE SMART...SHOP AROUND.

The worked turned out fine. He came out the next day after I called, and the price seemed reasonable. They replaced my cast iron drain with PVC without asking, but it is no longer leaking. The dispatcher did not write down the most important thing, that I had a hole in my drainage stack, so he was not prepared for that. He had to go get materials, which probably cost me more than it would have otherwise. However, the worked turned out okay and I would consider using them again.

They are punctual, and are very responsive in emergency situations.

They did not remove all of the roots in the sewer. I had the sewer checked by both MSD and the Underground Detective. I have a video which shows the roots were left in the sewer pipe. I had to hire another plumber to remove the rest of the roots. I have been attempting to negotiate a settlement for over a year. I was promised a partial refund but never received it.

Everything went very well. They were able to come out the next day and fix an outdoor spigot that had the inside seal break loose. No problems since the repair was completed.

They sent over someone who could not tell us anything. He did not even have a "snake" to examine if the line was blocked or to clear out any blockage. He came back 30 minutes later took a piece of PVC pipe ran it into the drain (The same thing my 4 year old did with a stick) and told me that there were some rocks in it and there was nothing he could further do. Eight days later a bill for $80.00 arrived for "clearing out the drain." I paid it just to be done with them.

The plumber arrived on time, took an incredible amount of time to measure to find the correct spot to cut into the wall and cleaned up thoroughly after himself after the repair was made. He was extremely kind and personable - a pleasant person to have working in one's home.

HE ALWAYS COMES VERY PROMPTLY, AND KNOWS WHO I AM WHEN I CALL. HE MAKES THE SERVICE VERY PERSONABLE. HE IS VERY WELL ESTABLISHED AND I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN HIM.

THE COMPANY WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK THAT DAY, AND THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME, VERY THOROUGH, VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL.

THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM! THEY WERE THE LOWEST OF THREE ESTIMATES.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE THAT I HAVE HAD TO USE. WOULD READILY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I HAVE ALSO USED THEM FOR SEVERAL OTHER PLUMBING REPAIRS IN THE PAST.
