Completed the inspection and the draining of the water heater quickly and that part was just fine. I had also asked for estimates on a few repair jobs that I knew could be done. While talking to the serviceman on the phone right before the visit, I asked for an estimate on the time it would take for one specific job, so that I could leave work early enough to allow the job to be completed if the price was acceptable. He gave me a time frame. When reviewing the estimates, this particular job was a set rate for the procedure, not a hourly rate. The price quote (from his price list) was more than double what it would have been using his hourly estimate times the hourly rate. I realize it was only an estimated time on the phone, but I felt more than double, was excessive. I felt the company's prices were high and did not have any additional work completed. I have not had any plumbing work done recently, so maybe my expectations for the prices were not realistic, but I had asked around for a price on this one particular job and their price was definitely high based on other people's experiences.

Joey came at 8:30 a.m. and stated right away looking for problem with the hot water, flow in kitchen sink and tab hot water. Joey was so polite and he explained every thing he did. I will call him again If I have any problems.

It was just awful. The worst luck with a contractor I have ever had. They sent me a bill that was double of what they quoted. I had to fight like heck to get the price back to what they quoted me They acted mean, threatening and acted like I was supposed to give in to everything they wanted. The work they were doing on the sewer was non compliant with the city/county, and they just left me hanging and didn’t finish the job.
