We’ve used them for over 20 years. They’re prompt, good, and you don’t get overcharged. Their price range is medium-high, but you get what you pay for. Scheduling appointments is relatively easy, even for emergencies. They are very professional.

We were really happy with what they did. The problem was that the drain was not working, it was clogged and they were able to identify that that was the problem. As soon as they replaced that stock it was working perfectly. They diagnosed the problem well and everything was okay. I was happy all in all.

The men were friendly and did a great job explaining everything to me before they started the job. They gave me updates as they progressed on the job. They originally estimated the job to take 2-3 days, but they were able to finish in 1 day. They were very professional and cleaned the area after they were done.

It went very well.Vinnie had replacement sump pump on truck, but not battery backup. He returned to shop to pickup battery. Called to check one more thing after discussing situation with shop. I checked when he called and that was not an issue. He came right back and installed new pump and backup battery that afternoon. As Vinnie went to put old pump in box to take out of house -it broke into 3 pieces. Replaced just in the nick of time. Whew!

They were quick to respond and they did fine work. The service was okay and their price was fine.

My experience with them has been awesome. They've been working for us for ten years. You name it, anything that has gone wrong with our house, they've done. I've had positive experiences. They're the best. They're the only people that I allow in the house, actually.

I last had service by them 5 to 7 or more years a go to do a plumbing installation on a remodeled section on my house.

They're really good. I was happy with them but they're a little pricey. They're very professional, nice and they're on time. The only thing that I didn't like was I had sticker shock. I thought they were excellent and you get what you pay for.

I have been experiencing a strong sewer smell outside my home for months. I've had several other plumbers out, but none of them resolved the issue. After explaining this to Halpins, they sent 3 specialists to my home who inspected and repaired my septic tank lid and rooftop venting. So far, I haven't noticed that awful smell. They were very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in solving my problem. Also, they arrived early for the appointment.

Replaced our sump pump after ours shorted out from a lightning strike. We didn't have to wait long for a technician. . When the new one didn't seem to be operating correctly they were back the next morning to fix the problem. We will call them again if we need a plumber!

They was very prompt with the details of way to run the line . They kept our side walk in tacked by house.

They get here when you call them. They get the job done and they explain things out to you perfectly. Pricewise, I wouldn’t say they are high, I would say that they’re within line of everybody else and they do an excellent job. Based on the estimate I get before, he was about 25% cheaper than the other bid that I had. They were fantastic. They got here quick. I called them at 10:00 in the morning and they were here by 11:30. At this point, I would use them for any plumbing needs that I have.

It was less than I expected from a plumber. I expected some troubleshooting and I didn't get that. There was a leak somewhere and he just said the leak could be anywhere. I was sure the leak was in the kitchen but he didn't want to look at it. The guy seemed overwhelmed. It was overall disappointing.

Halpin did a nice, efficient job in installing a new kitchen faucet. They are dependable, and do good, efficient work. Their prices seem quite high as compared (in hindsight) to other plumbers, charging almost $300 to install a $225 faucet.

Halpin was very courteous when I called to schedule an appointment. I did not mention Angie's List because I wanted to hear how I would be treated w/o them thinking they would get reviewed. They were very professional and I got an appointment quickly. Bill, the technician, was punctual and very nice. He detected the problem with the faucet immediately and unfortunately we needed a new one. He offered the products he had on his truck, but I wanted to go and get my own. He told me the options available for him to come back and install what we purchased. He did a through install and showed me how to work the new faucet, made me aware of warranties and to keep the original box and packaging in case of return. I would have thrown it away and then been out of luck. He was very friendly and genuinely liked his work. He answered all my questions and told me about their company and offers with them. Halpin was a pleasure to deal with!

I requested an estimate for a repair and this company made the extra effort to get it done quickly. After Halpin visited the property to assess the repair I received a courtesy phone call from the project manager to go over the details, then the estimate was emailed minutes later from their office. It was written in clear, descriptive, easy to understand language. I am impressed with the quality of customer service and professionalism.

Joey the plumber was on time, called before arriving, diagnosed problem, replaced pipe, cleaned up, did not know how to handle coupon and needed to call office and wanted to charge me for 20 min it took him to write up my bill but I objected and he did not charge extra.

They have always done a very nice job for me. The rates are reasonable, and they can figure out the problem in a timely fashion. I have also been fitted into their schedule with no problem. I'll actually be using them again this Friday.
