Beyond her professional expertise developed over many years, she also cares about her clients, and was a true advocate for me as a home buyer. She guided me through all of the detailed steps involved in the home purchase, including finding a thorough, careful home inspector. She supported my choice to have numerous special inspections done. She responded quickly to my communications and encouraged my search, and actually seeing homes that interested me, without insisting on pursuing homes that didn't really interest me. She worked congenially with all of the parties involved in the process from the buyers to inspectors to attorneys. We had a few hurdles along the way that were negotiated well and to my satisfaction. There is a lot to know in this process, and finding someone so trustworthy and knowledgeable made all the difference. She was truly an enjoyable person to work with; we really had a lot of fun and I found a home that I love, that is exactly what I was looking for.

She is extremely concerned with client satisfaction as she goes over and above to achieve that end. Our work is not complete, but she has been outstanding and I would recommend her to other potential clients.

Hallie viewed to property, ran all the comps and came up with a fair price to sell the home. She helped determine what we should fix and also what items to include in the sale. She is an expert.

She was awesome! She went above and beyond for me. She was able to go and look at some houses for me if I was not available. She even called and wished me a Merry Christmas.
