 + -1 moreI have tried numerous texts, emails, and phone calls to get ahold of Chad Hall with no return communication. I have involved the local police dept and will be filing a case soon with the county civil courts and consumer fraud division if communication is not restored. He has a deposit of $1400 for materials that has not been refunded as requested. The last appt was scheduled for February 28th at 9 am and he neither showed up or has communicated since the evening of the 27th which was through texts.
Description of Work: We had a contract that was initiated on January 19th to have built in bookcases to be installed on February 3rd. Due to unforeseen family health issues with the contractors family this date was rescheduled. The date has been rescheduled on numerous occasions with the contractor failing to show up. The only work that has been completed was a little bit of electrical pre-work and that has left exposed wires hanging out of my walls and nails exposed on my baseboards.
