Greg and his assistant arrived punctually on the agreed upon time. The work took approximately 2 hours, after which he walked the perimeter with me to show me specifically where everything was. He was friendly and professional.

Greg showed up about 2:30, both he and his assistant were pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. They also readily agreed to put additional markers at the points along the property line where the fence would turn towards the house, as well as midway down the property line on a long run. Greg has 200 great reviews on Angie's List, and 2 negative ones. Knowing that you can't please all the people all the time, and that there are always going to be some people that just aren't reasonable, I'd say Greg is definitely among the best contractors I've ever worked with. You could do worse, I don't think you can do better. (If this is a little flowery, it's only because he delivered what he promised, and then gave me the extras I asked for, without question, complaint or request for more money. I did pay him a little more than he quoted me, because I believe in rewarding people that go above and beyond the requirement.)

We wanted to get a land survey at our new house prior to having a fence installed in the backyard. My experience with Greg Koopman was great! He contacted me the same day I reached out and conducted the survey the following day. With the help of an assistant he surveyed and staked out the borders of my property installing permanent ground stakes in the corners and flagged stakes in the middle of the runs to make it easier to see the property line. Once finished, he walked the perimeter of the property with me showing each of the points and explained the reference points he had used. I was shocked to see my property extended about 15 feet further on one side than I thought (right through the middle of my neighbors encroaching garden). Greg then mailed me hard copies of the land survey to keep for future use. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone in need of a survey. He was professional and provided a high level of service.

Greg was great! He was easy to schedule an appointment with, punctual, and very efficient. He helped walk me through the property lines and answered all of my questions. A couple of days later we received multiple copies of the survey int he mail.

Very professional and calming during a stressful time. My neighbor has become increasingly insulting and bullying over property issues. Mr. Koopman returned my initial call within 24 hours, showed up on time, conducted the survey while my neighbor filmed him the entire time. I was worried about the neighbor's "No Trespassing" and other signs, but Mr. Koopman assured me that wasn't a problem as surveyors have the right to enter properties as needed. My neighbor has been trouble for some time now and Mr. Koopman conducted himself (and his assistant) very professionally. He detailed where any encroachment was and provided the survey in a very timely manner. I very highly recommend him. Thank you.

Greg is great guy and would def. use him again. Due to the amount of hours he works, he can be hard to get a hold of but I would recommend anyone and everyone to him for surveying needs. Patience will pay off in this case!

Needed to have my property line marked because I want to put up a privacy fence. Decided to use Greg because of the many positive reviews. Called him and left a voicemail and he called me back first this the next morning. We scheduled a day and time for him to come out and he showed up right on time. He explained what we was going to do and answered all of my questions. We went over the results and I was very satisfied with the results. He is very professional and for a guy that is as busy as I am sure he is he was prompt in returning my call and getting the work done. Would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Greg arrived and began work immediately. When he was finished, he walked the property with me, explained what he did, and offered some important advice about my property. He advised me that my property extends beyond where I had thought it did. I don't know whether to thank him for that or not since it means I have more grass to cut!

He arrived as scheduled and did a good job marking the edges with stakes and placing pins in the corners that didn't already have them. Very professional and easy to work with.

Greg and his assistant showed up promptly and were very easy to work with. Prior to his arrival he was very good about providing information and communicating without any big delays, including what he would charge for the requested service. In our case we specifically needed our front property line established for a planned detached garage. One corner pin was known but the other was buried. They quickly found the hidden one and then measured and marked the property line about every 50-60 feet. They included distance measurements of our house in relation to the property lines as well, which were not on the older survey. A few days after completion, Greg sent me a digital copy of the new survey he had filed with the recorder's office, as well, hard copies arrived in the mail a few days past that. He was thorough, friendly and prompt; I would definitely recommend.

Great Experience - Great Job and Price!! I Recommend Greg to anyone who needs a Land Survey. He came within a few days of my call and he marked my property lines and provided drawings. Greg arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. When completed, he walked me through the property and explained the details of his markings. I received several copies of the survey drawings 3 days later. I am very satisfied with the service he provided.

I understand why Greg has so many positive reviews on AngiesList. He was easy and quick to schedule the survey, he works on the weekend which was a great bonus for me since I could be home. He was early for his appt. and got right to work. He and his assistant worked in the rain. He put intermediate markers along the property line since there are lots of trees and its difficult to see from corner to corner. At the end he explained everything and showed us all the markers. I learned I had been mowing about 10 feet of my neighbors yard and another neighbor planted trees on my property. His price was less than the surveyor my neighbor hired and his surveyor did not even put intermediate markers along the line, which is why he ended up planting trees on my property. I highly recommend Greg.
