Description of Work: They meticiously measured and spiked my lot. They placed a stake at each corner and at each 20 foot measurement around my property. I received in the mail a written description of the work performed for any future reference.

Description of Work: I called Greg to make contact to talk about getting a quoted cost to survey my residential property and check his availability. It took him nearly a week to return my initial call. Unfortunately I was on the phone when he called, but he did leave a voice mail message for me. I called Greg back within 5 minutes and got his voice mail. I left another message. It has now been more than 2 weeks and I have not heard from Greg again. He has good reviews on the work performed, but my experience has not been good.

Description of Work: The survey of my property went very well. I found that my neighbor's fence was on my property. I would recommend that everyone get a survey of any property they are planning to buy to avoid any surprises.

When completed he walked us to the property markers and explained the details. We received several copies of the survey drawings about a week later. We are very satisfied with the service he provided.

Description of Work: Greg Koopman performed a property survey for us so we could install a chain-link fence. We have dealt with this surveyor in the past and know he is reliable and honest. He even came out in the rain to do the survey. We will always call him first.

Description of Work: Mr. Koopman and his associate were prompt and professional. Our property contains much difficult terrain ~ a steep hill, dense undergrowth ~ and they put out more stakes than usual to help us with sight lines. Later, certified maps arrived in the mail.
