Could not be happier. Called, got a call back, Greg came out that weekend. He was on time. He finished in short order. I received the signed and sealed drawings by Wednesday. Efficient, on time, clear and concise. Great job. I am a former Registerd Surveyor myself and I could not be happier with Greg.

I contacted Mr. Koopman after several good reviews. I initially e-mailed him and he wrote back that evening with a description of his services. We communicated regularly and I was impressed by Mr. Koopman's responsiveness and professionalism. He was able to come out in less than a week and got the drawings to us the next day. Working with him was extremely easy, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a survey.

Mr. Koopman and an assistant worked 4 hours to survey our hilly and forested property. He answered many questions. Our property lines are not what we thought they were, based on a previous drawing, but as a result of the research Mr. Koopman did and his good work, we are now sure what we own.

Mr. Koopman showed up as promised to perform survey. We had hoped to get the survey done before submitting inspection results to the seller, and he scheduled us on short notice. We could not arrive until the end, but he arrived on time and got started. Survey was performed with impressive care and accuracy. Even though he knew we were mainly on the lookout for major boundary problems, he gave us a first-class survey suitable for any expansions, fences, etc. that we might decide on. He did a walk around to explain positioning of stakes and layout of lot. Friendly and courteous.

It went great. Called Greg on a Wednesday afternoon, got a quote over the phone, and he was out doing the survey on Monday. Greg arrived @ 30 minutes early and got to work. Spent about 2 to 2.5 hours laying out our property lines on an irregular 1/3 acre lot. He set permanent corner lot markers, as well as intermediate stakes along the property lines. He was very personable, answered questions, and was very capable. Very happy with his work and doing business with him was a pleasure.

I am very happy I found Mr. Koopman through Angie's List. His price was very fair, he responded to my call and completed the work within a week's time, and he was thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process beforehand as well as to show me what he had done after he had finished. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in having a property survey done.

Greg got back to me quickly and came out within days of contacting him. It started absolutely pouring rain the day he came out, but he managed to finish the job between cloud bursts.

Greg returned my call promptly and performed the survey within a couple of days.

Greg arrived 15 minutes early on a very cold Saturday morning. The lot is 5.1 acre and partly wooded. It took him about 3 hours to finishes. After he was finished he walked with me over the area and pointed out the pins and markers he put in. He also answered all my questions, which were quit a few.

He arrived on time. Greg did a wonderful job of explaining the process and results. He was very professional.

I called and left a message on Greg's voice mail. He promptly called me back and I described my property size and address. Greg gave me a quote over the phone. We then set a date and time. Greg and his assistant started the job on time. They were very thorough in finding the 4 corners of our property. Greg found that the east side of our property was being encroached by at least a foot by our neighbors' fences. Greg drove a three-foot rod at all four corners of our property. He then walked around with us to explain what he found.

Mr. Koopman responded to our call within 24 hours and was very professional. We agreed to a meeting time - within days of our initial call, and called us to let us know he'd be just a few minutes late. He arrived and quickly got to work, staying 1-2 hours to diligently survey the property. Afterwards, he let us know when to expect his report, which arrived within days. We could not have asked for anything more - we highly recommend him.

Greg did a great job in all aspects of the work. He returned my phone call in a very timely manner. He scheduled an appointment to survey my property and he arrived exactly on time. Greg was polite, courteous, professional and was great overall. It started to rain while Greg was surveying, but he donned rain gear and continued on with the survey. I had many questions about my property, and the survey. Greg marked my property corners and gave me intermediate marks for a fence. Greg answered all of my questions and was just a nice person in general. I think Greg is the epitome of customer service. I would highly recommend Greg for any job.

We found Greg on Angie's List and based on overall feedback decided to give him a call. He was actually able to give us a quote over the phone, and we agreed on a date and time later that week. He showed up with an assistant on time and despite some challenges due to age and location of our home he was exceptionally careful to do the job right. We paid him for the work that Friday evening we received the completed drawings in the mail the following Monday. We would recommend Greg for any similar work.

Greg came out promptly as planned and got right to work. They marked our lot with posts making it very clear for the fence company to follow. He followed up by sending us a detailed report of the lot. An excellent experience overall! I would recommend Greg to anyone needing a land survey!

Greg does great work! I was given a few estimates that ranged between $800 to $1,000. Greg only charged me $300 for the same work. HE was very helpful, showed up on time and was very thorough while he was here. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Greg arrived with an assistant promptly. He did a great job. He surveyed the lot and checked other markers in the neighborhood to make sure he was correct. He placed permanent markers at the corners of the boundaries and placed enough stakes with flags on them between the corners to show where to put a fence, which is the reason the property was being surveyed.

It was excellent. When I called, a appointment was made to do the surveying within one week. He was very polite and told me the charge up front. He and someone else showed up on time and quickly surveyed the land. He not only put permanent metal stakes at the four corners of my property, but also left some temporary wooden stakes along the property line in the the backyard, to assist the people installing the fence.

Mr. Koopman responded quickly to my initial call, provided a quote for the work, and scheduled the work to be done within one week of contacting him. He walked the property with us when the survey was completed and provided certified drawings less than a week later. He was easy to work with and we are pleased with the result.

Knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I got quotes from 3 other companies, all of whom wanted at least $650 for the job.
