Description of Work: I needed a land survey done, I placed a call and Mr. Koopman called me back later that same day. We talked on the phone about what I needed him to do, I agreed on the estimate given and three days later work was performed. Iam extremely happy with everything. I highly recommend anyone needing a land survey to call Mr. Koopman first!!!

Description of Work: We have a 3 1/4 acre property in Norther Warren county, and are going to build a barn. I really had no idea of exact property lines so I knew I needed a survey. Greg`s overwhelming numbers on Angie`s list made him a first call. He lived up to the previous positive comments in any area I feel he could be judged by. Pleasant, professional, very timely both with returning my initial call (same day), and getting the survey done (3 work days from first call to completion) I have features on my property that keep it from being a "quicky" survey, and we have easements that needed to be worked around for where I was hoping to set the barn. Greg showed me exactly where I can set the barn between a property line, and an easement. Which is what I was hoping to do. Success, happiness, and at a very fair price considering the time he spent on a cold, wet, windy day getting my outer boundaries, property lines, and of course the site map for the barn. I hope that the rest of my project goes half as well as the survey did, I`ll be pleased. If you need a survey done call Greg, you won`t be sorry.

Description of Work: Greg Koopman surveyed my property. He was prompt and professional in his work. His price was very fair and he staked my property lines for me. I actually learned that some of my neighbors were encroaching on my property with some of their yard items, such as a wood pile. Good thing is I like my neighbors and this did not start any kind of feud. The neighbors were somewhat surprised to find out their actual property lines too. It is always a good idea to survey your property before completing any outdoor projects. I would recommend Greg to anyone looking for survey work.
