Description of Work: Came to spray for bugs in our bathroom.

Description of Work: Identified the source of animals in my attic and installed barriers to prevent reoccurrence of the animals. These measures have been successful so far.

Description of Work: The service tech, Jake, called me and set up a time to look at the hole. They caught a couple of squirrels and filled in the hole pending repair by a roofer. | |

Description of Work: Swept down spider webs; removed mud dauber nests; sprayed exterior perimeter for insects; sprayed garage for insects; bait for ants on exterior. Since we started with Greenix, we no longer have any ants in the house or spiders and other insects in the garage. We are very happy to date with their service.

Description of Work: They sprayed the inside of my house where I was having spider issues and I have not see one since. They also spray the outside. They use organic sprays inside which is much safer for my dog. They are polite and efficient. I will continue to use them.

Description of Work: I recently enrolled in this service. I signed up for one year's contract and I received my Angie's list discount. On the day I was scheduled for my first treatment no one showed up and no one called. I tracked down the technician in Columbus and was told he had no copy of the schedule. I called the office then called the rep. Who sold me the plan. She told me service was always canceled due to rain. I think okay that makes sense, but you could still maybe treat the inside. Rescheduled for 7-30-14. No show and no call. I called today7-31-14, and was told the technician's wife had a baby and that "I was the only one they couldn't get in touch with." So buyer beware on this one. I would like my $49 back and assurance that I will not be charged for the quarterly treatments I signed up for!
