Description of Work: The job was to use pet safe chemicals to kill or discourage insects on the outside of my house and in areas inside where pets do not have access.. I paid them with an Angie's coupon. Greenix did not come at the appointment time. They said an employee called in sick, but no one called me to reschedule. They sent another person to do the job, but he didn't know what to do (I don't anyone at the company clued the poor guy into the situation). | |The most worrisome thing is that no one in the company could or would tell me what chemicals were used. They just kept saying that the chemicals are "pet safe", but anyone can say that and it not be true. | |Bottom line: it was a dreadful experience, the company is not organized, and I never felt comfortable that they had any idea at all of the toxicity of their chemicals. Scary.

Description of Work: Willie set up a time to come to the house that was convenient for me. He arrived on time and ready to go. He was very professional, knowledgeable and really eased my concerns. He quickly found the point of entry, placed traps, explained other things I could do, and what next steps would be. Greenix returned to check traps a few weeks later and nothing was found. Thanks for solving this problem for me! I would definitely hire you again.
