Had two treatments total. Have had to make 3 calls for follow ups due to spiders in the bathrooms and silverfish upstairs. Living in formal subdivision with a house that was built 1 year ago, approximately 3,000 sq ft with unfinished basement and 3 car garage. Chemicals / treatment plan is not effective. Switching to new service provider.

Initial service was good but didn't totally take care of the spiders and centapedes. Shawn came back out free of charge and sprayed again as well as putting out sticky traps and snap traps in our basement and garage. After noticing chipmunks, they gave us free rodent service. Shawn also knocked down new spider webs and wasp nests.

They arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. They were willing to work around my schedule. They agreed to come back out before next scheduled visit if I was not satisfied. The all natural odor did die down after about a hour as they said. So far very satisified with service and you can not beat their price.

.Eric B was on time, prompt, worked quickly and efficiently. He was very polite, answered all my questions, asked several times if I'd had any other problems and treated them. A refreshingly prompt, professional, reliable service that exceeded my expectations.

It was great. He showed up on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and was completed in a little over 30 minutes. He let me know what he found, and what I should be looking out for in the future.

Very well! Both Willy, who came out initially, and Ken, who came out to re-treat were beyond stupendous. They were professional, personable, and conscientious. They informed me the best course of treatment for each situation, and carefully explained everything to me. I felt like they were genuinely doing what they felt best for my house and family, and I never felt like I was being sold a service that I didn't need. I would definitely recommend Greenix, and specifically these two gentlemen, to anyone in need of pest control services.

We signed up with Greenix PC for a year-long plan. Haven't had any trouble with them and we recently this spring had to call them back as we had noticed some insects inside the house. We made an appointment that fit our schedule and the technician came out to do what he needed to do. We hadn't had any pest control service at our house prior to this and I have definitely seen a decrease in the insects, especially ants, since we started with them.

Shawn was here and did a very good job inspecting and treating our home. I would recommend this company to anyone! We have signed up for a year, because we were so impressed with this company and their sales force.

Monte Welcher was the technician and he was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do and asked if there was any thing he should look for that might need particular attention. When he was done, he asked if I had any questions and if there was any thing else I wanted him to spray. The spray has a pleasant light odor and I am looking forward to living without the carpenter ants invading this summer as I live in the woods.

We just moved to Cincinnati and was contacted by Greenix. We always have pest control in our homes because my wife has a huge fear of spiders. They seemed to offer a comparable deal along with the addition of organic bug spray. Ken came to our house and explained the services and what we can expect as this was our first treatment. He was pleasant and professional. So far we are pleased with this company.

The first technician that came out really wasn't equipped for the type of job we needed to have done. I called Greenix, and their customer service was wonderful. They agreed to a full refund.

Greenix always responded quickly and the person helping me was always on time to our appointments. He was patient and spent a great deal of time with me looking for the raccoons and possible entryways to ensure that the problem would be resolved. He answered all of my questions and was receptive to my suggestions and preferences. I thought the price was fair, but the service can become expensive quickly since they charge a fee for every single animal that is removed. However, this seems to be the standard practice for wildlife removal services. Overall, I felt that I was valued as a customer and I will call upon them again if the need arises.

I had an issue where they didn't show up twice when they were supposed to. I called them and the person that I spoke to told me they'd make sure to schedule my appointment and they did.

They did not service my area, so I have opted to find another service provider. They were very responsive and their customer service was an A!

Let me start off by saying that I contacted five different pest control companies in the area to get an idea of the cost and scope of the work needing to be done. Greenix was my last call and I am very glad I decided to give them a shot. Not only were they the most affordable, but they seemed to care more than anybody else I spoke with on the phone. I mentioned that I found them via Angie's List and they immediately offered me a $49 initial inspection/treatment service call without any actual proof that I am a member. I asked A LOT of questions on the phone and the two ladies I spoke with were very accommodating and never seemed to get irritated (I say this because I definitely sensed some irritation from a few of the other companies I called when I asked about pricing and how the work would be completed.). They scheduled my appointment with Michael (I think). He arrived on time and asked questions about the type of pests we were experiencing. I also asked him a lot of questions, because that's what I do when I spend money for a service, and he never seemed annoyed. I feel like he was very thorough when he was treating the house, both inside and out. At the end of the treatment, he gave me a list of the chemicals he used which I thought was great. I have never used another pest control company so I don't really know if that is standard or not. Regardless, I'm pleased to know that I can research the chemicals if I feel the need. It has only been a couple days so it may be too soon to evaluate the quality of the treatment. I believe that he said that it would take up to a week to see results. Our next treatment is in July so hopefully we will have seen a difference by then.

It started with him banging loudly on the door immediately after ringing the doorbell. Then he explained he was in my neighborhood servicing one of my neighbors, but no, really rescheduling service for one of my neighbors, and he would be returning to my neighborhood next week and wanted to know if he could schedule a treatment for me. He went into a very rambling sales pitch, which I interrupted multiple times to explain that I was not interested and I have another service provider for pest control. No matter how many times I told him I was not interested, he kept going on and on asking if he could put me on the schedule for a treatment. The irony was that as I was standing there for at least 10 minutes with my front door open with the pest control sales pitch that I did want, pests were flying into my house. I am not sure what they are teaching their sales/service people during training, but may I recommend a few tips: - Do not overshare. I do not need to know that you are 18 years old and have driven from Colorado to Ohio and are living with your parents. - Do not ramble. Get to your point and move on. - When someone says they are not interested (the first time!), politely thank them for their time and leave. Do not keep trying to sell them because it will only make things worse. I went from being initially neutral and may have considered them for service if I became unhappy with my current provider to being so annoyed that I would never consider them.

I do not think I will be using their services any time soon.

The job was very thorough and the exterminator seemed very knowledgable regarding various types of house pests.

I called to schedule the appointment on a Tuesday and the person was very nice and I was able to get an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. My technician was Jake and he arrived on time and was knowledgeable and very professional. I ended up signing up for the quarterly treatments based on the price and the fact they use organic products. Jake wasn't pushy and did a great job letting me know what he was doing. I just had the service done yesterday so I will have to wait and see how well it works. Overall I think Jake and the company did an outstanding job.
