I checked out the exterior of the windows from inside so I could see the 2nd fl windows . Glanced at the lower floors but missed one that had the wooden blinds closed by the front door (after they were gone). The owner didn't even check the work. I noticed it from the exterior. Fortunately, I can clean it from the front porch. Expensive. Also asked if his co. would put a new dryer vent cover since they also do dryer vent cleaning and Affordable Dryer Duct Cleaning didn't do it last week as part of their work. The owner said he wasn't insured to drill into brick.????!!! Sad. Oh yeah, they were 2 hrs late.
