Responded promptly to our inquiry. Provided specific pricing based on a base rate for 10 vents plus an amount for each additional vent. Arrived on time. Estimated amount of time it would take which was correct. Upon completion walked the job with me and provided additional information regarding vent issues they'd found. Will strongly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Bob was very professional and did a great job. He also stayed and cleaned 2 neighbors vents. I also called Vertex ( condo association) and recommended him.

They did a great job of cleaning and cleaning up after working on my ductwork. They even plugged the vent holes. However, I was shocked that neither one wore masks in my home when they were speaking to me or moving from room to room. One worker wore a mask only when he was doing actual cleaning. This was very off putting as my family and I have not left our house and have not allowed anyone else in the house during this time period. Also, I thought I was supposed to get a 10% discount when I mentioned their webpage.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They were careful in moving furniture- no damage. Gave me a few tips to keep my aging furnace working well. I have bad allergies so Iâ m hoping this helps. I moved here recently and had no idea if the ducts had ever been cleaned in my 15 year old house. They had not - just vacuumed from the top but not through the system.

They were nice and worked quickly. Hard to know exactly how well they cleaned, but it seems like they did a good job. Price seemed a little high but I had trouble getting quotes from other companies, so hard to say.

They never showed even after confirming the day before. I called the number 30 minutes after appointment, full voice mail, so I texted them...NOTHING, no call, no response, no apology. I spent the entire morning preparing the house for the appointment, moving furniture away from windows. Really mad!

Very professional leaving your home precisely as they found it. Did not try to sell me a bunch of extra 'stuff' when they arrived. Instead, refreshingly, the cost was exactly what they told me it would be over the phone -imagine?! Even tested my humidifier for me and advised me to change out/shorten my dryer ducts. I highly recommend this company
