Bob's team were very professional, thorough, efficient & courteous! They cleaned all the windows in our house, inside & out & cleaned some of our more overflowing gutters. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did! I would highly recommend the group!

I believe the fellows did a good job of cleaning the hvac ducts. They were very attentive to my concerns. They concentrated on the work and did not waste time. There are a few items that I think are not up to NADCA's recommendations. The blower blades were only cleaned with compressed air and this did not not remove all the compacted dust on the blades.The return air grills were not removed to provide better access to the return ducts. Compressed air was applied through the grill.

For the amount of time that it took to do the job, I thought it was a little expensive.

DOWNSIZING DIDN'T GET ANY EASIER AFTER THE HOUSE WAS SOLD AND THE MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT WAS COMPLETE! I moved into a rented town home and immediately began to experience debilitating respiratory allergies. I attempted to work with the management company to replace the furnace filter, remove mold, and find a resolution to the visible allergens. When the property manager refused to replace the filter and the maintenance crew covered mold rather than removing it, I decided to pay for duct cleaning myself so that it could be done professionally and quickly. After the crew arrived at my apartment, the entire process was explained. Both the crew and the owner worked with my property manager to gain approval for cutting a hole in the duct work (and replacing it upon completion of the work). This cost them extra time, yet they patiently and politely worked through the approval process by phone. They completed the work using the recommended brush/scrub method rather than just sucking out the dust. The crew conducted themselves extremely professionally. They advised me on what furnace filter to use and I purchased it while the crew was working in my home. The highest quality filter was installed upon completion of the cleaning. They also advised me that filters are available to place on the inside the air vents covers. I was invited to inspect the interior of the ducts and the difference was staggering. The only deficit was that the crew missed a portion of the air return/intake area. When I noticed this, the crew immediately brought the equipment back into my town house and completed the work. FYI-I sprayed the air, rugs, and furniture with Lysol aerosol to kill as many surface dust mites as possible. Between Green Clean Air's work and my spraying, my allergies have diminished to a manageable level. I will continue to periodically spray for dust mites . Next on the agenda is to submit samples from the mold test kit I bought at Lowes.
