Description of Work: They removed an oil furnace and outside air conditioner. Installed a two stage heat pump and new furnace.

Description of Work: Mike Goller responded quickly and repaired the problem to my air condition in a fast, economical, courteous, and professional manner. I am defiinitely going to use this again. Very impressive.

Description of Work: Cleaned and adjusted 3 gas furnaces with electronic air cleaners and Aprilaire humidifiers. Installed new humidifier media and replaced some drain lines. All 3 systems were left in poor condition by previous owners, so, this was not a typical "tune-up".

Description of Work: His quote of $7500 was $3000 below the next highest bidder. He replaced our 92% efficient gas furnace with a new 95% efficient gas furnace having a 2-stage heating system. He replaced an 13 seer air conditioning compressor and condenser also with a 2-stage cooling system. He replaced our thermostat with a programing unit. He applied for manufacturer and government rebates of $2,500. He is honest, dependable, and fully backs his work. I also have him as our annual furnace and A/C maintenance check-up for $50 below the local price.

Description of Work: He quoted on up-grading furnace and air conditioner from 92% to 95% (Furnace) and from 10 Seer to 18 Seer (A.C.). This quote was $2800 and $4000 under two other bidders of the same equipment. The workmanship was very good, and this contractor takes pride in his installation work. He was extremely helpful in maintaining our air conditioning as long as possible while installing the furnace during high-temperature days. The work was done in 2 ½ days. There were no problems of any kind in this installation, and he extended the warranties beyond the other two quotes.
