GGA Roofing & Gutters

We needed gutter guard on a newer garage, and the front side of two deck roofs. The salesman came out 8/31 and gave us a quote, we agreed to the price, and they scheduled the install for 9/5. Install day came and went and nobody showed up or called. Called the service manager and he said "he meant to call" but forgot--installers would come tomorrow a.m. Tomorrow a.m. came and went and installers finally showed up at 4:30 p.m. They looked at the job and said they couldn't do it because of a dog kennel on one side of the garage. The salesman had noted the kennel when he quoted us and said it wouldn't be a problem. The installers also lied and said they had been there at 9:00 a.m. but nobody answered the door. We were waiting in the living room for them at that time, and also have a driveway alarm so we know they were not there. Talked to the Service Manager again and he said he would be out to look at the kennel the next day or so. He looked at the kennel and said it should not have been a problem and would get someone out there to do the job. Never heard from him for over a week and called him again. We finally talked to him and he said someone would be out on 9/27 to do the install. A new installer showed up right on time that day, looked at the job and said that Gutter Guards' product does not work with metal roofs and that the salesman should never have even quoted us on the job! He had just come from another job that had the same problem. The installer left, and we have never heard a word from Gutter Guards America since then. No apology, nothing! This office is a complete mess. They have a Service Manager that doesn't return calls and expects you to call him; an incompetent salesman that doesn't really know the product, and some terrible installers who are hired contractors that don't care when they show up. The installer who showed up on the 27th was an exception--he knew what he was doing, unlike anyone else associated with this company. We finally got the job done by calling a general contractor--not a "gutter" contractor.

Install went great . There was a mess up with my check they took to much money out then had to reimburse me the money then took out the right amount that was a bit frustrating but handled with multiple phone calls .

Front gutter cleaning and one spout replacement in the back. Gilberto is a very courteous and professional lead tech. He was on time. Didn't pressure me to close the sale at once and gave a good price instead.

Gilberto Albarran was the person with whom I dealt with. He was very professional and answered all questions we had. We came to a very agreeable price. Also, we had our quote done on a Tuesday evening and settled the contract on that Thursday. When I stated that I wished that they would come out Friday since I was off this week, they accommodated and came Friday morning getting the job done. I am very happy. Now, it's time to see what happens next time it rains.
