The actual furnace inspection went smoothly. However at the end I was conned by the rep convincing me I needed a new capacitor. It started out with the rep saying my capacitor was slightly out of range and it could hurt the motor. He could replace it for a slight charge. I said yes and he replaced it. He also made sure he took the old capacitor with him. When it was time to pay the slight additional charge was $150. I did pay it but it was clear to me that he was a professional con man who probably tried the capacitor trick an a lot of seniors. I have learned from this experience and I am disappointed with Geiler.

They did an excellent job. The two young men were on time, courteous and explained all they were going to do. Could not have asked for more professional gentlemen.

I think I misunderstood a few things involved in the service, but after talking to the supervisor, I now feel that it was worth the money.

Cleaned it and made sure it was operable. Very responsive. Punctuality is very good! They come in and get right to work. Excellent service and professionalism! There was one gentleman and he was great. Was punctual, called ahead & gave me time to meet them at my home. They are coming on Monday.

It went very well. We had moved into our condo over the summer, so this was the first time we had the furnace tuned up. The technician was very helpful and even told us that the humidifier filter, which we were prepared to replace, did not need replacing at this time -- thus saving us the $45.00 it would have cost.

The technician quoted a great price for a full days labor and included all material, trips to supply houses, removal of old materials. There were no surprises, no extra cost. He worked very quickly and neatly while being polite and did a great job not to disturb the normalcy of everyday life at home. All the work was very neat and clean and we were so happy to see that the new water heater was now sitting in a pan and a drain line was piped all the way over to the floor drain. No more wet basement!

They seem to be pretty thorough. We are overall very satisfied with the work that was done. They are a good company.

I have used Geiler previously, and they always do a great job and are very efficient........ I hired again to come back in a couple weeks to come out and do an AC tune up before the season starts....... They have never recommended something I have not needed to pump up the cost of the tune up, and knock on wood, I have not needed anything so far and I have a 26 year old unit. I have owned my home for 11 years now, and am waiting for it to just die on me at anytime! But, fortunately, I have always been told for the time being it passes with flying colors! (I guess they don't make them like they used to!)

I?ve used this company in the past. This gentlemen was very professional. I really trusted Kevin?s assessment because he previously owned his own HVAC Company. I told him I would request him specifically in the future. He let me know my furnace was running good at this time. It made me feel good because the furnace is the original unit and is 24 years old. It felt good that he was honest and didn?t try to sell me a new unit.

It was fast, and the repairman provided a sufficient amount of detail on the problem. He provided a courtesy call before he arrived, but he did arrive a little bit late. The capacitor cost $220 to replace, and there was a $59 service charge. No additional fees to bring the total cost to $279. He did a good job of applying all available discounts to the service.

They came unprepared and refused to service my unit. My compressor is on the roof. They did not bring a ladder. They never inquired about the location of the compressor. Once they arrived, they said they were incapable of servicing my unit and did not problem solve to help resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial matter.

Repairs performed quickly and properly. The Angie's List deal included a free plumbing inspection, but I didn't need or want it, thus they allowed me to substitute the toilet seal replacement (which took only five minutes) for the inspection.
