Description of Work: Whole-house plumbing inspection. The inspection was thorough and the service person was professional and informative.

Description of Work: The working was completed in a timely manner and repair resolved all issues. I was not home for the service and my daughter's only comment was they did not seem very friendly.

Description of Work: Serviced central heat and air unit. Tech advised me freon was a pound low and capacitor was 19% below full operation, and that could cause other damage to unit in future. Instead of 59.00, I ended up paying 300.00. I am assuming that the tech was honest because I never saw the old capacitor, and never saw any reading showing the freon was low. The tech was efficient, just not sure if I will use then again.

Description of Work: Offered me great detail about the condensor problem with my air conditioner, how to fix and maintain the unit, and what I would expect for future maintenance. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Had a flood in our basement...sanitary sewer back up...it was ugly. MSDS came out said it was not them, call a plumber. Called Geiler because I had seen their trucks in the neighborhood. They said they could save us money if they came on Monday...but we needed it now, even thouh it was Sunday. They ran a router 90 feet out to the curb to clear the blockage. Also talked about future, camera inspection, etc.

Description of Work: The technician was very thorough and he covered his shoes when entering the house. He did tell me that I needed a battery for my furnace fan that was $150.00. I had it installed but I forgot to tell him to leave the old part.

Description of Work: He did the 20 point check on my air conditioner. Everything was fine.

Description of Work: Completely inspected my A/C unit and cleaned both the inside unit and the coil outside the home. Checking voltage points, as well as freon level. Frank Cook was the inspection tech. Great attention to detail.

Description of Work: AC Tune-Up. Technician arrived on time, was very nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing and the reasons for doing it. He was very helpful in answering any questions I had.

Description of Work: I cannot remember when and how much, but I do remember using them twice in the last year and a half. I was very pleased with the service provided by the technician and the time he took to explain everything I needed to do in between maintenance services. I will, definitely, be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced battery back up on sump pump. It is actually working correctly probably for the first time since it was put in 5 yrs ago.

Description of Work: While I was on vaction one of my tenants had Geiler put in a toilet. She gave me the $600.00 bill which almost caused me a heart attack. A new toilet costs about $100. I went over because the toilet was clogged again, took up the tiolet and found many q-tips in the drain. Geiler replaced her toilet because of Q-tips????? I called & they said they would not bring the old toilet back. I took out the new toilet & returned it to them. They gave me my $600 back but not the old toilet. A plumber told me that they resell those old toilets for hundreds of dollars because people want the big tanks for the big flush. The new toilets only use a couple gallons of water to flush.
